A set price was exactly that even when lots more work was required!

When Iv had a few issues that I wanted fixed they did without moaning and quickly.
Finally they are very cheap for the kind of knowledge they offer.
They also offer services for every other E Commerce site so it’s a one stop shop!

I purchase a very expensive phone as a present, it was not wanted and sent back still sealed within one day. it was insured and tracked. Amazon website states the return will be processed within 2 days and this will be reflected within 3-5 business days. That has been exceeded, but every time I contact customer services and the escalation team just send a stock email saying please wait 14 business days almost 3 weeks, which is not reasonable. Amazon uses staff who dont read the customer email , they just don;t care

Because of a mix up on my part I had signed up to two different amazon accounts so 2 lots of £7.99 was taken from account...obviously I was angry. So I phoned them on a Sunday the agent that I spoke to was a little off with me...I explained what had happened and I was told it had been sorted and the money would be back in my account in 5-7 days but to my suprise it was back in my account today (monday) so 5☆ to Amazon for handling a situation which was my mistake quickly and efficiently

This is my 2nd time using their Amazon services. Always on point with everything! Will come back back again. Great experience and great communication.
