It was okay. But then my last refill was supposed to be here in 2 days and I got a message from them saying that my prescription was damaged or something happened to it in transit so I had to ask for them to fill my prescription again. Well why do I have to do it? They messed up my order right? So I go on their website and I'm trying to figure it out I can't because it says it's still on the way. So then I have to talk to a person talk to that person they say I have to ask for the prescription to be refilled again.? What? They took one of my refills as the damaged one and then used another refill to refill the prescription that they damaged. Wtf! I had to use one of my prescription refills to fix their incompetency. Not necessarily the pharmacy's fault that the drivers are s***, but why does it have to be one of my refills? They should have replaced it theirselves because that was their fault. I don't care who took it. If Amazon stole it that's Amazon's fault if Amazon crushed my package that is Amazon's fault. So I told them I will from now on be using Safeway instead because there will be no chance of me having my prescription stolen or crushed or whatever happened to it. I cannot stand Safeway but I'd rather do that than lose another refill. It sucks because I actually work for Amazon. But I don't trust them with my prescriptions anymore

Amazon pharmacy deserves 0 stars..they've surely earned it. A 5 year old could provide better cs than thier ai or all so called live agents which seem brain-dead.

Useless and clueless and proud of it they all are one and the same. Morality is a foreign language as they will glady fib multiple times in the same chat no matter how incredible thier lies are.

Im not sure if theyre trying to rip me off or run me off but they wont accept my insurace, claiming it's unpaid which is untrue and they refuse to view my digital verification from my insurer as undisputable proof. And on thier very own 'Insurance & coupons page, it clearly shows my insurance info as 'Ready to Use' yet they are rejecting my insurance as unpaid! Really..Who does that!

They truely do deserve the 1 star rating that customers have gracioushly given them

Amazon pharmacy finally admitted that they were giving 'false rejections' on a mass of customers prescriptions including mine , however no one is able to correct the problem even after 5 full days! The best they could offer up was asking me if I was out of meds!? I kid you not.

I finally gave up and will be buying my 8 scripts elsewhere and closed my amazon account. Great job all you 1-star imposters...keep up the cellar- i mean stellar performance.

Dispicable you all are, playing juvy games with peoples health.

It's called Amazon RX, hopefully, it's the same. Very disappointed with their customer service. A very distant cousin of Amazon.com that we know and love. Ask it to transfer my RX, it kept arguing that I still had old RX remaining to use. Wow, and guessed It. "we can't transfer from Walgreen". Am I the first person who transfers from Walgreen? seems they try really hard to push customers away. Their price for the meds I use is good. They are not spending on services for sure.
