Can’t say enough good things about AMEX and his crew today! All of them were friendly, hardworking, and extremely careful with our furniture and home. They worked efficiently without ever feeling rushed and treated our belongings like their own.
It’s make me feel so good when I saw how they worked as we had a bad experience on the past with another mover. Best moving experience we’ve had — highly recommend, 10/10 for sure!!

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. At the beginning, they told me there would be a $20 charge for some materials they used, but then they charged me $60 instead. I gave them my debit card, and they still tried to charge me extra as if I was paying with a credit card.

On top of that, when they arrived, they refused to unload my belongings and left everything in the truck, repeating over and over that I had to pay. The man I spoke with was extremely rude, talked on the phone while speaking to me, and never explained anything properly. He just kept saying, “you have to pay, we’re not touching your stuff.”

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone.This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a moving company. I appreciate the workers, but the management is extremely rude I think his name was Carl

One off their worker, Kendry, was extremely rude. Instead of working on time, he kept smoking. They broke the sides of all my furniture, and because of them, my walls are also damaged.

This moving company truly exceeded my expectations. The entire process, from getting a quote to completing the move, was seamless. The movers were extremely courteous and respectful of my time and property. They carefully wrapped my electronics and fragile items to ensure they wouldn’t get damaged. They offered to help me arrange the furniture at my new place. It's rare to find a company that goes the extra mile, but this one did. The cost was reasonable, and the service was worth every penny. Highly recommended!
