Our experience with Amigos Web Studio was extremely disappointing. We paid in advance and spent nearly a year trying to get our website completed, but communication eventually stopped altogether. Our main point of contact was Ross Tyler, and our last contact with him was on December 10, 2025. After that, our calls went unanswered and our emails received no response.

What made this especially frustrating was that we had repeatedly asked for updates, an ETA, and even an opportunity to speak directly with the team to understand the delay. Despite that, little to no meaningful progress seemed to be made on the site, and we were left without answers. We also were unable to get a response regarding a refund.

In the end, we had to move on and build our own website ourselves. After paying in advance and waiting this long, being ignored was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Amigos Web Studio for website development.

Do not use these people. My website has been down for weeks and have received zero communication or responses to my calls texts and emails. I paid $1,400 for website design and seo in August and the site has only worked until January, but paid for hosting for 1 year. This is ridiculous!!

Hired on July 31st. Week into the non sense and I had to demand a refund. They passed me to someone else that talked me into staying. I gave them appx. 30 listings, all complete and it has been 3 weeks of asking and nothing but a thrown together page that did not have the right colors, did not have the images arranged in the order I sent. If they can't do 30 listings in a month, how did they expect to do my next seed store project with around 300? This is beyond a joke. The fact trustpilot has them rated over a 4 completely discredits anything they rate. trustpilot is as much of a joke as this **

Amigo's web development team did an excellent job rebuilding our online business. The updated version offers a more seamless checkout process, loads faster, and is optimized for search engines. All integrations were expertly handled by the developers. Throughout the entire production, Ross Tyler was actively involved, which facilitated communication. Everything arrive on schedule and without any issues. Furthermore, they have increased out total conversion rate.

The speed with which Amigo Web Studio grasped my brand's essence and transformed it into a stunning design truly caught me off guard. The website appeared sophisticated and expert because to their use of color, layout, and space. The speed at which they provided without sacrificing quality was what most struck me. Throughout the consultation calls, Mark Albert paid close attention. He listened, made recommendations, and kept me informed at every stage. Highly recommended for innovative Website development.

It's difficult to create a Landing page that converts, but these guys did it perfectly. Amigo Web Studio created a layout that was both aesthetically pleasing and focused on achieving our campaign's objectives. Everything felt deliberate, including the positioning of the CTA and responsive elements. The post-launch assistance also pleased me. Even minor adjustments were completed fast. I would most certainly collaborate with them once more.

Before working with Amigo Web Studio, our website was hardly visible in search results. In just a few weeks, traffic significantly rose and our rankings started to rise consistently. They created a strong backlink strategy, addressed technical problems, and worked on on-page SEO. The outcomes were self-evident. Chris Adams managed our project with consistency and clarity, keeping us updated on developments and future steps at all times. Now, we appear on page one for several of our niche's keywords.

It was an amazing pleasure to work with Amigo Web Studio on our custom web application. Everything works perfectly, performance is excellent, and the backend structure is sound. The developers confidently managed the complexity of both our user dashboard and database integration. Our primary contact, Zack Spencer, kept everything organized and meticulously recorded. The team grasped our needs right away and provided timely updates. Feedback from internal users has been outstanding. Without a doubt, we'll be back for phase two shortly.

Hired these guys about three months ago to design a e-commerce store for me they said they were professionals at it. They did an amazing sales pitch of course until I actually paid the money then working with their project manager, who apparently knew or nothing about it I had to guide him along the way the entire process and then what he did put together was complete nonsense Putting items on there for $8000 for an e-commerce store without putting any customer reviews in there, so who is gonna actually buy anything like that, then next, they actually took out the domain name in their name and now are refusing to basically sign the store over to me and give me back what I’ve actually purchased so my advice to anybody out there is find somebody better and a little bit more responsive than these guys these guys are just a scam….. They will try and upsell you on everything and then their number is their pricing numbers are just complete nonsense. Just a nightmare to deal with.
