I’ve had repeated negative experiences with AMJ Home Delivery due to poor communication and unreliable scheduling.
Deliveries are scheduled, confirmations are provided, and then those same confirmations are later “lost” or not recognized by the company. Drivers have given incorrect information at the time of delivery, which was later declined or denied by AMJ, resulting in wasted time and financial cost to me.
Tracking information has also been inaccurate, showing delivery schedules that did not match reality. On my most recent delivery, the drivers missed the delivery window entirely, despite tracking indicating otherwise. As a result, I missed a personal appointment and was charged a no-show fee. I then had to take an additional day off work just to have the item redelivered.
This level of disorganization has real consequences for customers. Based on my experience, I will not purchase furniture from any company that uses AMJ Home Delivery in the future.
