First purchase resulted in a pretty rocky situation involving advertising, and actual product receipt. After some back and forth, Michael went out of his way to ensure correct fulfillment/resolution. This kind of customer service has convinced me to give ACS another shot… pun intended….

Well I have had ordered from this website 7 or 8 times over the past year and a half dozens of different items with out a problem . That being said I guess the honeymoon is over my last order was on October 1st 25 and it was missing a item that was showing in stock on the website and added to the cart and oh yes paid for but not shipped. And finally 7 days after the shipment delivery and many very many emails big Mike responded on the 9th or 10th chastising me that they have been responding to me but email doesn't lie about times and dates so after many days and some back and forth Mike responded with his last message to me and said that the item was in stock and it was being sent to fulfillment and that was on October 23rd and it is now November 4th and nothing has arrived and their has been no response to any of my emails asking for a explanation of what the problem is. Well I did really like the website until now so in closing use ammo city supply at your own risk they don't seem to care about you as a customer and I can no longer recommend to anyone else to use the website anymore thank you I hope if you use the website you have better experience with them than I did this time. Updated 10-11-25 after posting this review I got a message from Michael and he finally sent me the item that was supposed to be out of stock thank's for that mike. So I got all the stuff I had ordered from this website now be it 40 days late! I would maybe use the website again maybe we will see hope you have a better experience with them than I did. B

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORDERED AMMO 7 WEEKS AGO FIRST SHIPMENT LOST AFTER A MONTH THEY FINALLY SAID THEY WERE RE SHIPPING WEEKS LATER STILL NO AMMO HAD TO FILE CHARGEBACK THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER AND ANSWER EMAILS WEEKS LATER!

sold ammo to me they didn’t have in stock then proceeded to take 3 weeks to get me a refund… these clowns, mike, specifically should be ashamed they run a garbage business like this. i’m sure they don’t care! do business at your own risk! this place sucks
