Best prices I’ve found on red dots and sights!

Purchased almost $400 in ammo from them. They did reply within 24 hours of me emailing them that their distributor was backordered and I can cancel or get a refund.

So it seems like this company is a drop shipper, meaning they don't actually have the product and instead order it once you order from them. The problem with that is that ammo prices are rising and I'm guessing it wasn't so much out of stock but that it was more expensive for them to buy than their advertised price.

Whatever the reason, if the price is the lowest like it is on their site. It's probably for a reason. I'll likely have to dispute this with my credit card company next week as based off all the other reviews here, they never actually seem to refund you.

I am still waiting for my order to be processed. Mr Lee seems to be the only employee at this company. I have placed my order over a week ago, only to be told that the product is not in stock. However, the website continues advertising the same ammo for sale. I have asked for my order to be swapped for a different ammo, and I am still waiting for a confirmation of the order being fulfilled.

This company sells out of stock product on their website, but will happily take your money without letting you know it's on backorder. Takes multiple contact attempts to get a response, and even then you will be waiting to hear back about when you will receive the product you spent your hard earned money on. Already did a chargeback, but there's really no reason to give this place business when plenty of other companies ship and respond quickly. I would avoid unless you like dealing with BS.

The ammo and shipping was the best deal I could find. The shipping was very fast (delivered same week).

I ordered over $350 in ammo, they state on the front page of their website, that they normally ship within 1 day of the order. Elsewhere in the website it says 2-3 days, which I don't have a problem with. However they immediately charged my card, and it has now been a week and still not shipped. I have sent a bunch of e-mails, and I got one response, saying that they were processing my refund, with no explanation, so I have to assume they canceled my order. My order still shows in their system as Awaiting fulfillment. Emailed the questions on their ONE response, and it's been radio silence, they have no phone number so I can't call. With no explanations they have given me no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Website showed item in stock. Placed order. Heard nothing for one week. Was finally told item was backordered and was offered other items of lesser quality for substitution. Still waiting on refund. Stay away!

Their shipping is in fact not fast at all. Their customer service is bottom of the barrel due to the fact they do not respond to emails. They do not prioritize customer service, they prioritize receiving orders and payments it would seem. They do not have a number to call. There are reviews stating that people are not receiving their orders nor a refund. I placed an order a full week ago and have not received a tracking number nor a reply to my email. Crazy part about it is it said the items were in stock and still are, so what's the reason? I will never do business with this company again. They have time to send out sales emails but dont have time to respond to paying customers emails and that is very unprofessional. I will update this review upon receiving satisfactory rectification of said issues. In the meantime ....🛑BUYER STEER CLEAR🛑....

Canceled my order and then told me I can get a refund or use the store credit for something else. I emailed them saying I want a refund. Never heard back even after following up. Had to dispute it with my CC company.

Very fast shipping

I had never heard of this company and was super skeptical. I decided to give them a try and am SO glad I did. I am use to getting the pre shipment notification and then waiting a week for the package to arrive at carrier. Not with Ammo City Supply I received notification that the package was received by the carrier within 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!! That is AMAZING. The package arrived two days later in perfect condition. I am blown away and will absolutely be adding them to my favorites list for purchases.

I order 100 rounds of 9mm ammo and they notified me after billing my credit card they are out of stock. I have asked for a refund. It's now going on three weeks and I have not received a refund or the product.

200 rnd of 9mm missing from first order, never replaced or credited.
5000 rnds from second order never delivered. Never replaced or credited.
Two months later, no credit or replacement of undelivered ammunition.
