I had applied for a consolidation loan. I was given several options to choose from, different length of times and percentage rates. I was called multiple times and given ample opportunity to ask all the questions I needed to before agreeing to the terms. Genesta was the main person I talked to, she thoroughly explained everything to me, I never felt rushed or talked down to, she even took what I felt like was extra time to call me when I was available to talk and helped me through the process. When I had trouble with the web site on my end, I got immediate help from others on the team.
