They use scam tactics
They use scam tactics. They automatically add you to a subscription service that is impossible to get out of on the website. Customer services do not help either so you have to report via your bank and recover the money.
Avoid at all costs

We’ve checked the tracking, and according to the courier, your order was delivered successfully.
Now, we get that “delivered” doesn’t always mean in your hands, so before we start chasing ghosts, could you please:
Double check with anyone at your address who might’ve accepted it.
Have a look around your property (safe places, neighbours, reception, etc.).

We’ve checked the tracking (again), and it clearly shows your order was delivered to the correct address. The courier even provided proof of delivery, so unless your parcel decided to walk off on its own, it’s there.
We’ve already gone over this a few times, and everything checks out. If you still insist it never arrived, you’ll need to take it up with your local courier or file a claim, because we’ve fulfilled our end.
We’re all for helping when something genuinely goes wrong, but we can’t keep circling around facts that don’t add up.

I love all the scents that I’ve received from love don’t be shy, my way, silver gentility , te amo and bacarract 450. The longevity is insane and the delivery is quick! I’ll definitely be buying more.

Shocking. Avoid ar all cost
Terrible experience! first the box the oil arrived in smelt old as if it had been in a mouldy dungeon for the past 20 years and The oil bottles on 2 were damaged. cheap dropper bottles. the oil itself smelled weak and fake.when appiled the oil gtom 1 bottle that worked it left a rash and burning sensation on my skin. When i contacted the seller (Abu Asad) was rude and completely refused to exchange or return for a refund.. Avoid these cheap copies not worth a penny!

Just to clear things up before we both start doubting reality, we do accept returns within 30 days. We’re not lying, we’re not sneaking off with your parcel, and we definitely didn’t change our policy during a full moon.

Paid for the oil versions of the Louis…
Paid for the oil versions of the Louis Vuitton mens fragrance and as nice as they smelt and were pretty accurate they only lasted about 20 mins, I could still smell them on my hand after a while but it wasn't noticeable to others.
