I am an avid user of amsoil products. However I will not buy anymore of their gas stabilizer. They need to redesign their bottles because every time I pour some into my gas jugs there’s a mess on the side of the bottle. After I pour a little more there’s a bigger mess. Because of that it wastes a good amount of product. I will continue to use the oil and transmission fluid because I’ve been told by more than one automotive technician that it and mobile are the very best. Please redesign your bottles to avoid the waste and mess. The date on the time I experienced the problem isn’t correct because it happens every time I’ve ever used it.

Obviously not computer savvy. Attempted numerous times to create an account so I could order their product but their system continuously states fix error. I filled out every detail and then when you go to create account, it states account not recognized. What a disaster!

Time to drop stupid subscription model, especially for diy enthusiasts. Near impossible to get their products otherwise. Very good products, but their distribution channels need to improve.

I called the Technical Support Department to get a question answered about one of their products. A man answered and could not answer my question as I was told they do not have any info or data about it. Even though I was not shouting he said something to the effect to not shout as if I were. This is unprofessional. I was not speaking softly as all too often people tell me they cannot heard me. I disconnected the call and called Customer Service to give feedback about my encounter but could not and was told I would have to call Technical Support but I did not want to possibly get the same person again in Technical Support.

I have been an Amsoil account for at least 25 years. Prior to that I was buying from one of their dealers.
I've been satisfied until today.
Their new catalog displays a new (at least to me) product: antifreeze. They have 3 kinds but the catalog doesn't explain he differences.
I phoned to have it explained to me.
There was a wait so their autosystem called me back..
So far good.
The woman who took my caller spoke poor English. I told her my question. She replied "Do you want to tal to someone?"
I was out raged at that reply & said "No. I want to send Morse Code." Then I hungup.
I emailed Tiffany who is my rep. I just sent the email & a man called me back. I do not know who the man is.
I thought Tiffany was more than a rep ( owner). I now realize she is no very high up.
The man said I was rude to his employee. I reversed that & said she was rude to me.
Then the man hung up on me.
I will close my account tomorrow. I gave Tiffany 24 hours to correct things,

Worst customer service ever!

I would try someone else. Only went to them because they bought Benz oil and WOW the difference in customer service is like night and day. Benz was great Amsoil is awful!! No knowledge at all.

Using your find vehicle products filter, you chose the wrong oil filter for me twice. I emailed customer service which apparently passed it onto tech service which was no help at all, just asked a bunch of questions which were answered in my original email. They didn't offer a refund, exchange or credit. Didn't even try to help find the correct filter for my vehicle. What a joke. I will not purchase another oil filter from Amsoil since you can't trust their site to find you the correct one. I already paid the $20 to be a preferred customer which is a waste of money! I would give zero stars if it was an option.

After trying every other gear oil out there in 2006 Amsoil was a life saver. A built limited slip 8.8 I put in a 4th generation fbody. No more noise and I do not use limited slip additive. I've used Amsoil now to break-in 2 engines. A 498 big block chevy and a 370ci small block chevy. One with 2 stages of n2o, the other turbocharged. I've used dominator racing oil in both and run 0w20 in my tundra - changing the oil in my tundra 1 time a year and driving it 30-52,000 miles a year changing only the oil filter.
Amsoil has no dealer discount like other lesser brands is why it is not sold at Walmart or auto parts stores. We all pay the same price. Keep in mind oil is a lubricant and will not protect from parts failure. If you have bad lifters or in the case of several transmission oil reviews, will not repair worn clutches. It is after all only a lubricant.
I should add also that it's firearms lubricant and cleaner work phenomenally well too. If you are trying to bandage a POS vehicle then nothing will help but replacing parts. If you have a newer vehicle and plan to keep it in top shape my experience is that Amsoil is the only option for me. I used Valvoline and Mobile 1 for many years and now my son and grandson use Amsoil exclusively. Hope this helps someone

Please dont put this thing in your car. Don't. And the standard and rude responses you will get from them on email should not accompany your payment. Use your money elsewhere. Don't believe all those youtube tests or paid for reviews on the Internet. Just stay away please.

2007 honda civic hybrid

After changing my transmission fluid to AMSOIL CVT Fluid, I immediately experienced severe issues—slipping, unusual noises, and shaking. Concerned for my vehicle’s safety, I promptly drained your product and refilled it with genuine Honda CVT fluid. To my relief (but frustration), the problems disappeared entirely, confirming that the AMSOIL fluid was the cause.

I trusted your product based on AMSOIL’s reputation for high-performance lubricants, but this experience has left me questioning its compatibility and quality control. At best, this was a waste of time and money; at worst, it could have led to catastrophic transmission failure.

Also, I just noticed this trying to review the product and they don't let you. It's safe to say that all those reviews are biased/bought.

Amsoil company will only take your money! Refunds are a joke ! All employees have a rubber stamp answers I have been a customer for 12 years. They are loosing me over shipping cost to return wrong oil they sent me.just out of principle I will use other oils instead of amsoil!!

I tried their signature series 10w30 my wife's car because their advertisement said it reduced oil consumption. Her car has always used one quart in 2000 miles, but with the Amzoil it used 3 quarts in 1300 miles! I won't do that again, I drained it out and put a different brand in it. Been normal now.
I also used Amzoil (also 10w30 signature series) in my Yukon 5.3 LS and right away the oil pan started leaking, again, I drained it and put another brand in it. Huge waste of money

i have ordered some of products from thier website and firstly confirmed my order and deduct money from my card ad then within the half hour they cancled my order by saying there is some issue on the process of order i am trying to contact them my order is not so large but that is a steal ratio they stole my money please resolve my issue as soon as possible

I've ordered online in 4 separate occasions. Amsoil has fulfilled my order to the T. I find my products delivered withing 2-3. I love their products. I have switched all 4 vehicles I own to Amsoil products.

Amsoil had a promotion that if you spend so much you got two free bottles of Quickshot, which was great because I was going to order some anyway. Placed my order, clicked the box with the promotion, went to my cart and added more products until the box automatically moved to two bottles. Submitted my order and upon arrival there was no Quickshot. Called customer service and spoke with Hannah who was really nice, she agreed and said she’d check with a manager and call me back. She never called, the next day spoke with Anna I think and she said Hannah was busy and said she could help me, explained my situation and she said per policy all she could do was give me 4-5 dollar coupons to be used on my next order. I told her I needed the Quickshot and now I’m going to have to pay shipping unless I spent more money to get the free shipping. She was really rude and when I tried to explain that it wasn’t right, she cut me off and asked if there was anything else I needed. Very rude. I’ve read this has happened to others during this same promotion and told her this, she said she said she hadn’t heard this and basically said it was my fault and not theirs. She blamed me instead of offering to look into the ordering process. Won’t order again.

Product may be good but customer service is very poor! ordered oils and filters and they had promotion for another product. When received my order the promotion product was not there 4 emails later they want me to call a manager, when I called could not speak to anyone and was asked to leave a call back number. They just wanted to give a reward card so that I would have to place another order. all just a gimmick from the start. Sad you can't trust them to do just do what they advertise! There have been other reviews with same problem also

I’ve been an AMSOIL customer since 1983 and have been 110% pleased and beyond satisfied with their products and buying process. All you have to do is look at the culture that Al Amatuzio has built (and thus passed on to Alan, Al’s son). I have no idea how folks are having difficulty with ordering. Yes, like any business they are upgrading their website but to the good! Just look at Project Farm channel on YT totally Independent review on signature series 5W30.

I ordered from a similar ultra-premium full synthetic lubricant company. 9 days later I emailed their CS, nothing... called and finally a day or two later got a refund. Order never processed or shipped in 10 days! Ordered from Amsoil.com, I was changing my oil on two of my vehicles within 48 hours with free shipping (min order$$$). Full line of lubes including a great 4-stroke, high zinc, high HTHS, for air cooled lawn equipment. I use many of their products on multiple personal and commercial vehicles/equip...

They’ve been having issues with their website due a recent update, so orders have been hit or miss of late.

But overall I’ve had good experiences with AMSOIL with fast order fulfillment and good products.

Terrible company to do business with. Lately since the owner has passed away the company has gone down hill. Dan Gorski the director their is very rude and has no knowledge of what is going on. Guy is totally disconnected with reality. Products are great but as far as dealing with them and doing business that's a different story. They are a multi level marketing scheme where dealers do all the leg work for the company and the company provides a small slice of the pie. Oh and they terminated dealers based on free will. Definitely don't recommend anyone being a dealer. They also delete and block you from posting about your negative experiences. That says alot about the company.
