I found out that they stole a video and advertising something what is not their product. The original creator of the content shared this information but I saw it after my order only. About 10-15 minutes after the order when I saw the post I cancelled my ordered and they answered me a lot later after that it was already shipped. Of course I didn’t get any email about the shipping so I told them this and that I still want to cancel my order and get a refund. Of course today I got the email that they shipped the product even if I cancelled my order! So be very very carful, because this is showing their customer service function very well. And of course what they was doing is against their own privacy policy as well.

Placed an order #31323S39332 on the 9/11/25 and it was delivered from the USA on 27/11/25 but what I received was not what I ordered - I received a cheap worthless ring instead.
I then initiated a PayPal dispute to get my money back and now a Chinese company wants me to send it back (at a cost of £10) to get my refund back!
So I suggest you take care when ordering something from this company.
I have emailed them but so far not received a response. They are duty-bound to refund me.

Having failed to get any response from Amstnihent and after Paypal insisted I send it back to China, I issed a claim back through my credit card company. Paypal disputed this but lost and I got my money back. Paypal need to work harder at stopping these fake comanies from trying to rip people off.
