Good value, could use some tweaks
Overall the value they added with their business audit was good. Some thing were not accurate but overall they provided plenty of value. Perhaps they only operate with larger businesses, but to continue with them the price was too high. I would have imagined they could offer a lower price with our brand since it is a lot smaller than others and has less products to manage. I also did not gain a a lot of value from the video call. Not quite their fault but the connection was terrible. I could not really understand what was being said and kinda gave up on asking for repeats and clarification. A recorded video going over the audit would have been much more useful.

Thanks for the honest feedback, and glad the audit was useful. You're right about the call. That's on us, and we now send a recorded walkthrough with every audit so nothing gets lost. I'll send yours over this week. We've also added a lighter plan for smaller catalogs, so if the timing makes sense later, we'd love to work together.
