The 1st red flag was that my credit card company declined this vendor due to fraud complaints. I told them I no longer wished to proceed. They pursued me over the next few days ensuring me they were a valid company and gave me another name to bill under which got accepted. 2nd red flag - The rep I was assigned to had an accent and did not listen to my needs. 3rd red flag - There were additional charges that were not disclosed. I was denied a refund even though I was told it was a money back guarantee. 4th red flag - They are not Amazon. It's a misrepresentation.

They were happy to take my $2000 and then I found that I had to edit the book over and over again. I continued to find errors in the chapters that I just edited and returned to them but they did not correct. We have been worming the boof for II think about a year and have been recently dropped by AMZ Publications. I can't sign in any longer to Basecamp and I'm not certain if they have perhaps gone out of business. Now I am forced to start over.

So this was my first book getting published so I was nervous but Mike Ramos and his team helped me and it got easier till the project was finished. I am thankful I got them as a team.

Revision for many times in both proofreading, formatting, and book cover. It is satisfactory. When I paid $800 as upfront costs, it is a lot to me and I never work with this company. Feel worried to pay someone online. Worry if this would be a scam or any dishonesty. But in the past seven months, we worked together and communicated for many times to make the book complete and published. It is amazing! I would say the effort the whole team has spent could worth far more than $800. Most of us earn more than $800 in two weeks but they spent over half a year. Very nice service. If you want to publish your own book, u can try it!

Until now, I'm happy with AMZ Publication Hub. They are very organized and look into details. I recommend them without reservations.

From the beginning, Mike Ramos guided me through a process I had not before encountered. He was respectful and helpful at every turn. As for the Amazon publishing model, it is a tremendous addition to the self-publishing industry. The only suggestion I might offer is: tell the author early on that this is going to take WEEKS not day, maybe MONTHS not weeks. I would like to understand why, after initial approval of my manuscript, 5 weeks passed with nary a word?

The genuine concern and encouragement was what made my experience great. There was no question that went unanswered by the project manager Solomon Elias and his team.

Recently I partnered with Amazon Self Publishing to publish my book "3000: The Robinson Chronicles Part I". I was having trouble finding anyone to publish it, so when I discovered Amazon Self Publishing it seemed too good to be true. Luckily I was proven wrong over the coming weeks. I was partnered with Antonio Lopez to help me through the publishing process, and I could not have asked for anyone better. He is very helpful and informative and never hesitates to answer any question his partner may have. All in all, my experience with Amazon Self Publishing has been superb and I recommend it to any young authors.

I have used several publishing services over the years. This is by far the best experience I have had to date! Excellent customer service - you email, they answer right away, you call they pick up the phone. Their company provides fantastic support, as well affordable and extremely effective advertising packages. This is a company that invests in the success of their authors. I published my very first novel with AMZ Publishing Hub recently and I was blown away by the support and services they offered. I am a student who works full time and I never considered myself a professional writer until now, but with the help of Ted Novak and a very dedicated team of artists and editors, I can actually say I'm a published author and that's pretty damn cool. I would recommend them to every writer if I could. They communicated constantly and were incredibly understanding of my situation. For such a fantastic service I think they could easily be charging twice as much but they don't and that makes it accessible to aspiring writers.

Super streamlined process of getting a book published. Highly recommended. The project manager was courteous and kind the whole way through. A word of caution: the Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account you use to publish with them will be accessed by the project manager to get the materials onto Amazon. No shady business, but this does require a password, so use a throwaway, and change it to something else afterwards.

Publishing a debut novel with Amazon Publishing Hub was a steep learning curve for me. I never quite knew whether the difficulties I experienced (long gaps waiting for next chapters to review for approval, lack of responses to questions, and a few technical difficulties accessing editing) were 'normal for book processing' or just inefficiency. I can say the project came alive when Josh Anderson took over as Project manager. Thanks to his timely responses, clear advise/suggestions, and prompt actions, my book is now available on Amazon/Kindle! Would I use Amazon Publishing Hub again? Yes, I think I would.

My first experience with Amazon Publishing Hub was great. I had written and drawn all the illustrations for my book myself. Ted and his team were up on the communication between us. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions without hesitation regarding my book. Their professionalism and knowledge helped make my dream a reality. I gave my final approval of the ECopy of my children’s book. At that time, it looked great! My book is now published. The press release they wrote was impressive and knocked my socks off! It was a short process to get my children’s book published. My appreciation and thank you to Ted and his team! Ted made it easy and ordered my books for me. When the paperback and the hardcover books arrived, the covers were beautiful. But the pages of the book were disappointing. The pages of the books were thin. I was not happy because you could see through each of the pages. I contacted Ted, and he addressed my concern and acted quickly. He was able to upgrade both hardcover and paperback to supreme-quality paper. There was a small fee, but I didn't care. Ted ordered one hardcover and one paperback copy of my book for me. When I received them, they were fantastic! The pages are of supreme-quality. Thank you to Ted and his team. What an outstanding job all the way through! I will be writing and illustrating another children’s book soon. I will use them again.

The team's project manager: Antonio Lopez is outstanding; he's kept the team and me with all the deliverables for this writing project. We've already published my first book (Metallurgical Testing and Assaying Methods with R-programming), and the second on Aqueous metallurgy is a few weeks in being published. My experience has been wonderful! I started working with the team in the new year and by the end of February, I not only had written the book but it was edited and published. Ted and the rest of the team have been very nice! They work super hard and are very good at what they do. Most importantly they have been easy and stress free to work with. Not once did I feel as if I was pressured to turn in my manuscript. Not once did they make me feel bad about my writing or any choices that I mad. They let me have as much control over my work that I wanted. I have enjoyed working this them very much and I hope to continue this relationship. 10/10 would recommend this service to friends.
