I got my product really late. Great value, great quality when it eventually arrived but in timeliness, I’d rate AN 2/10. To be fair to them, they kept communicating about all that went wrong with the order but I think it still took a bit too long for it to be resolved.

Called before I ordered as price seemed too good to be true. Legitimate price & earbuds arrived at week later, allowing for the bank holiday. Will shop from this site again.

Initial mixup as I bought through Shop App but we're very helpful and swift in responding and sorting

Slow delivery time on what I ordered had to get in contact because of no updates. Joe was a help but disappointed when 3-5 working days turned into the guts of 2 weeks.

Fantastic service! Joe was a delight to speak to, ordered a product that was hard to get but I received the order 1 day after ordering it.

After receiving the item, I discovered that it was defective. I immediately contacted your shop to report the issue. I was told that you were very sorry and that I would receive a return label along with a courier collection shortly.
However, a month passed and I did not receive the return label, nor did I receive any update from your team. I had to contact your store myself multiple times just to get information about the status of my return.
Eventually, the courier collected the defective product, but now it has been another month and I am still waiting for my refund. Once again, I have had to chase your customer service team for updates, as no one has contacted me proactively.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication and the long delays are unacceptable. I kindly request that my refund be processed immediately.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend your store to others.
