Delay and No Notification, but Great Delivery and Product
I received my parcel — a Bissell DC100.
The only issue was the delay. They gave me an initial delivery date, but it was pushed back by an approximate couple of weeks due to low stock. I wouldn’t have known about the delay if I hadn’t emailed them first, although they did reply once I reached out. It would be great to receive a notifications when an order is delayed, just so customers aren’t left wondering.
Overall, the product works perfectly and the delivery quality was excellent, so I’m giving it a good 4 stars. I’ll update this review if anything unexpected happens with the machine that isn’t related to normal wear and tear.

From New Zealand
From New Zealand, we struggle to find parts, and if we do, they are expensive. I don't know how I stumbled across Anderson's, but glad I did. Their prices are good and fast delivery.
