Definitely 5 stars this is my first time using this company. They have a vast range of products at great prices. I purchased Christmas stuff and I’m with my order I purchased clearance items, I expected them to be poor quality for the price however they were great. The other items I bought were brilliant quality also. After placing my order I received a proper email from Wendy, then my delivery came the next day. So for me that’s everything I want in a company. A++ Service, Quality & Delivery - Let Down by Poor Stock Availability
We have been using Anderson Wholesale for a couple of years now and overall are very satisfied with the service.
The products are of good quality and are dispatched very quickly and on the occasions that customer services have been contacted the support has been excellent.
The only issue I have is the poor availability of certain products that we like to repeat buy and we consistently find products unavailable.
We then need to either choose a different product or go to a competitor.
This isn't a one-off either at a certain time of the year. It seems to be week in week out that products we want to buy are unavailable.
