Wish I could give negative stars
I ordered almost 3 months ago and haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed with their customer service and was told after 2 months of waiting my order would ship in 3 days but I haven’t gotten anything or any response from their customer service since that 3 weeks ago. I was super excited to try these products, but I would strongly recommend not ordering as apparently they take your money and string you along over emails without ever fulfilling the order.
Never received my order.
Ordered a product over a month ago and haven’t received anything other than confirmation of my order. My order number doesn’t bring up any info on their website and they won’t respond to emails. Big scam. Used to order from them for years but clearly their business and customer service has gone way down hill.

I have been a customer for quite awhile without any issues. I placed an order for $80 on 4/11. Received confirmation and order number. Nothing after that. I reached out 4/30 and finally hear back. I was told to watch for a shipping notification and tracking number. Nothing after that. Reached out again 5/16, no response. Reached out again 5/22, no response. Now I am unable to log into my account on their website entirely. Not sure what to do. I’m so mad.

Ordered over 3 months ago, just received it. Customer service ignored my emails. When I tried to use the tracking number they gave me it was no longer active. When I finally received the package I should have gotten 3 months ago I thought maybe they’d throw something else in to make up for the ridiculous wait and no response, but just the tiny containers that cost $50.

The worst!! I never received my order, and I reached out repeatedly. I ordered 4/18, and it's now 5/10. No response and NO REFUND GIVEN!
You will never receive your order
I placed an order and never received the items or a refund. They blocked my email address after I followed up asking why they were lying about sending my order and why they wouldn't issue a refund. They tell everyone they have fulfillment issues due to weather but still take your money and never deliver.

What is going on with this company. Just unbelievable.
Placed an order April 7th, credit card was charged April 8. At that time, website listed 3-5 business days processing time (it still does) before order ships. I received an order confirmation on April 7th, then literally nothing. No communication whatsoever. I had to reach out to them, which I did today, April 24th—SIXTEEN DAYS after they charged my card—, and spend an hour of my time dealing with this. There was no apology (until I called that out). Literally nothing has happened with my order so far, it hasn’t even been processed. The person I chatted to also claimed their processing time is 7-14 business days—again, the website said 3-5 business days at the time I ordered and it says the same today. I love their products, but will never order from them again. They are absolutely violating the FTC’s Merchandise Rule, if not Visa Rule 7.6 1.2 as well. Who knows if I’ll ever get my order.

I’ve been ordering from Anese for years…
I’ve been ordering from Anese for years without troubles, however recently I went to use my points towards my purchase and they were completely erased. Reached out to customer service several times and nobody responded so I decided to proceed with my order without using my reward points. I ordered April 10th and my order is still processing. I reached out again for a status update and no response. So disappointing as I’m a big fan of their products, but seems things have gone downhill and now nothing more than a scam and waste of time

If I could leave a review without stars, I would. This company took our money and never sent us our products. When we tried contacting this company, they would never respond and or ignore/delete my comments on their social media. The fact this company is still open and allowed to take people's money without sending products is mind boggling.

Ordered my product on 2/21 and never received a shipping notification. They also don’t respond to emails and already charged me and it’s about to be 2 months without my product I ordered.
Thieves and Liars
I have ordered from them a few years ago with no issues but it’s clear their business practices have gone downhill. I placed an order in January and still have yet to receive. They have not responded to my emails or social media messages and I now appear to be blocked. They have disabled account access on their website and are deleting negative comments on posts. I spent over $100 with nothing to show for it, this is theft, plain and simple.
