You can order but you won’t get it!

Two weeks since I ordered and they assigned a ‘tracking number’ that never gets picked up. No customer service response so I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Not sure what’s going on with this company.

false website claims, no customer service

The website claims “same or next day shipping”, but it’s been 13 days and I haven’t heard a thing about my order since the day my card was charged. I contacted customer service because I’m leaving town soon, and after one week, I still have not heard back after reaching out twice. Nonexistent customer service, false website claims…I’m definitely not optimistic about the product at this point. I’m glad I ordered a one-time shipment rather than signing up for a subscription!

My package is very late.

I ordered a duo package of the scrub and lotion and it has been 11 days since I made the purchase and I have heard nothing about it. I tried to contact the email as well but they never respond. I paid $60 for this and it is so disappointing that my money will probably go to waste.

Nonexistent customer service

I made a mistake in ordering 2 and I’ve emailed multiple times to fix the order before it shipped & NOBODY responded. It’s been a couple weeks and I still haven’t received a response. The customer service of this company is a joke. I’ll find another product to buy because I’m tired of this.

Product isn’t what it used to be

Been ordering since 2021, I decided to place another order after taking a break and when I finally received it. The product wasn’t the same. Wasn’t as strong as it used to be, it was more sandy in the past, exfoliated much better. After contacting them, being left on seen numerous times, someone finally got back to me. Moral of the story they didn’t issue a refund but tried to give me a $10 off my next order, code “SORRYBOO”. I already told them I was never ordering again after the hassle the put me through, by deleting most of my comments, restricting my comments from being seen by others and making it seem as if they were helping me by replying to comments saying “so sorry that happened, how can I help you?” But not actually helping me in the dms. Awful service. A joke of a company actually. I am not the only one who complained about the product changing. If your going to change the product, announce it. It decrease the drama & the annoyance from customers. Just off the experience with customer service, I’ll recommend to anyone to NEVER shop here. They, and I quote their words “do not guarantee results.” They never even asked for the product back, just to see pictures of the product.

No Package - No Help!

I did not receive my products and Anese was not willing to help at all! They just said that they are not liable for any lost packages. As a customer, I paid for all the products and got nothing in return. I feel like I am scammed - such a disappointment!

sooo effective

sooo effective. Idk what they put in this product that makes it so much better than every other scrub/mask ive tried but they deff know what theyre doing. Boosts my confidence so much and leaves my skin feeling so soft and clear.& It truly is worth the price. Scarring and dark spots literally start disappearing after only 2 uses of the scrub follwed by the mask. And the Cream Dream is so moisturizing and smells sooo good.

DO NOT BUY FROM ANESE

Do not, DO NOT purchase from anese. I placed an order from anese.eu back in April, for EUR 150 worth of products. Other than the confirmation email that my order was received, I heard nothing back. Not a dispatch email, no update and certainly no delivery of products. I sent reminders to the email provided (both to anese.eu and anese.co) none of them reply and the emails come back as undelivered. TOTAL SCAMMERS, save your money and peace of mind.

Totally SCAM!!

Totally SCAM!!! Never buy from this place!!! Ordered for like 150 euros some months ago and haven't received anything! wrote them so many emails and didn't get eny response. Didn't get my money back either. They should be reported ASAP!

ZERO STARS:

We placed an order March 18th and not one product has shipped as of April 17th. This is in violation of 16 CFR Part 435, requiring sellers who solicit buyers to order through the Internet, to have a reasonable basis to expect that the sellers can ship within the advertised time frame, or, if no time frame is specified, within 30 days. When a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must obtain the buyer’s consent to a delay in shipping or refund payment for the unshipped merchandise.

We have attempted resolution with Anese but they referred us to their policies which advise once they enter the “shipping” phase, no refund will be issued. I don’t consider creating a shipping label in the “shipping” phase.

Anese refuses to refund nearly $400, which we are due.

The BBB opened an investigation on this firm due to the amount of inquiries we have received.…Consumers allege not receiving the purchases they paid for.

Sent the wrong item, now ghosting me.

They sent me a product I did not order, claimed to have sent me a refund, but didn't. I have now provided screenshots of my bank account FIVE TIMES to show that no such refund was sent, and they've resorted to ghosting me. I'm about to cancel my monthly subscription based on this.
