The destination store is set in a historical, labyrinthine building in the heart of the market town of Saffron Walden with its own stunning Food Hall, showcasing artisan produce from all over the globe. Communication breadown
I ordered a lamp ànd it was meant to take 4 or 5 weeks to receive, but when it didn't arrive, instead of company contacting me to inform me of the delay, I had to contact them ( at least on more than one occasion) to ask what was happening.
Communication could have been better .

We are very sorry that the wait for your lamp was longer than originally expected. The item was handmade by our supplier and unfortunately there were delays on their side that were outside our control. That said, we completely understand how frustrating delays can be and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
We always aim to keep customers informed, and we are sorry that you felt you had to chase for updates. Your feedback is helpful and we will take this on board as we continue to improve our communication.
When you decided to return the lamp we were very happy to assist with the return and provide measurements for an alternative option, and we hope this helped make the process easier.

Lovely cake cloche - a little disappointed with the patchy finish on the wooden base as it was nothing like the advertisement but very quick delivery and well packaged.

Gorgeous and best price on here
Saw these in a fancy garden centre but looked online and found them cheaper here, plus a discount. Bought 3 for myself and my sisters and we all love them. They remind us of our dear dad and to see them spinning in the garden as spring is coming makes me feel happy 🌻💛

Pre-order?
When I ordered the item I was informed that it would be delivered in 2-3 working days. There was a communication stating pre-ordered items would take longer. I paid in full. I did not regard my item as a pre-order - that makes no sense!! I phoned and was informed that it was a pre-order. Someone needs to improve the communication and terms used. I waited 15 days for my order. I won’t use this company again.

All of our artwork has the information above the 'add to basket' that states 'Delivery usually within 5-14 days' and then again underneath that button is 'This item usually takes a few days to arrive, we will keep you updated'. I am sorry if this caused confusion for you. All of our artwork is delivered directly from the supplier, which is why it then comes up as pre-order. It literally just means that we order it from our supplier after the customer has placed the order.
I understand that our confirmation of order email that stated at the bottom 'Shipping method: Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days from stock)' caused some confusion as this is a pre-order item for the reasons stated above.
However, we take all feedback seriously and will review the information on items such as these, to make it a more seamless service so that there is not any confusion for other customers. Thank you for highlighting this for us.

Pre-ordered item online received safe n' sound and very well packaged.
Having searched other suppliers the price point was the best I could find for this particular framed picture.
The only very minor point was that I didnt receive a notification just prior to actual delivery but this may be because I requested for it to arrive after a certain date.
Otherwise extremely pleased with Angela Reed and will look to purchase more items in the future.
Just a mention for the gentleman in the 'orders' or 'delivery' department - very accommodating, polite and understanding.

Awful experience!
Until yesterday I really rated this shop as top notch, pleasant , helpful and polite. However I was expecting a rug delivery, ordered on 12th February but had no communication from them to let me know when it was due for delivery. Yesterday I called them and spoke to an extremely rude aggressive woman who shouted down the phone, she said she couldn’t hear. Surely at this point she should have said the line was hard to hear and suggest I call back hoping to clear the line… but no… she was awful and rude! Then I called back and spoke to a different lady who was helpful , thank goodness! BUT the delivery people DX had no communication with me, despite being told they would contact me to inform me of the delivery date. I had no idea when the delivery was due. Eventually I called DX who were helpful in that they said the rug was out for delivery. The delivery man was also bad tempered. Didn’t ask me where to put the rug just shoved it into the room in the floor. I WILL NEVER EVER USE ANGELA REED AGAIN!
