Worked as a software engineer for a company that was responsible for handling projects for this company, but unfortunately I had to resign due to multiple months of unpaid salary. Despite repeated follow-ups and messages, I did not receive proper response or resolution from management. There is still a significant outstanding salary pending, which was never cleared even after continuous reminders. God made hell and the Day of Judgment for a reason, for people like them.

Fraudulent, they charge the broker fee every year the insurance renews. First touch is fine, but when they’re taking a minimum of $700 every single year when it auto renews? That’s on top of the commission they receive too. Avoid at all costs.

We have used Angelic Insurance for our commercial property cover and couldnt be happier. They made the whole process simple, explained everything clearly, and actually took the time to understand our business. Its rare to get this kind of personalised service these days. If youare running a business and want solid insurance without the runaround, these are the guys to call.

We cancelled our policy with Angelic Insurance after selling our house, expecting a refund on our prepaid premiums — over $1,000. That was months ago, and we’re still waiting.

Since then, we’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop:
Every call goes to a call centre where a representative promises someone will get back to us — no one ever does.
We’ve sent numerous emails and received no response. The total lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

This is not just poor service — it feels like we’re being ignored and denied money we’re rightfully owed. We've now escalated the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

Angelic Insurance has demonstrated zero integrity or customer care. If you value your time and money — go elsewhere.

UPDATE - It got worse!! finally i was contacted to be told, they cancelled our insurance months ago!! We paid an annual premium and have all the paperwork, certificate, bank receipts, emails and corrospondence as proof. We thought we were fully insured, we had to be for the banks. This was the first we had heard. There wasn’t one letter, email or call EVER to inform us they cancelled our cover. If anything had happened we would have been over $1m in the hole and ruined our lives.

Just dont do it, their communication, processes and documentation is abhorrent, luckily we got away with nothing happening, never ever ever again... always pay monthly and go with a well known insurer.

I've been with Angelic Insurance for a while now and honestly, they’ve been fantastic. From the get go, theyve been super helpful, making sure I understood my options and got the right cover. Im based in nsw and any time I’ve had questions they've been quick to jump in and sort things out.
It’s good to deal with a company that actually cares and makes everything easy. Highly recommend if you’re after a reliable and hassle free insurance experience. P.S Alisha is awesome!

If you are a mortgage broker, I would NOT recommend you to use Angelic Insurance as a referral partner. I have not received commissions as agreed after 6 months of policy successful convertion. There is nobody from Angelic can tell when it will happen. Very disappointing.
