le service angelus me repond qu'il y a une difference de teinte et qu'il faut melanger avec d'autre teinte.

Great durable products I use for customizing. I’m still discovering more of what they offer the as I continue to do different projects. Also the sticker packs are an awesome addition.

I ordered a Beige dye and when I received it it was clearly brown not Beige whatsoever. I shook that crap vigorously for like 20minutes straight and not a damn change in color at all. So I emailed customer service cause as most shady companies go there or ones who don't wanna really deal with customers there was no customer service phone number on their site so I could explain the situation over the phone instead of these nonsensical emails back n forth. Anyways I sent an emIl and attached pics of the new bottle next to an old bottle of beige I still had. Got a reply to send pics again so I did. This time they told me to apply the brown dye on an inconspicuous area on my shoe and send that pic of the spot where I applied the dye and the dye was still brown after it fully dried. So instead of saying "we'll send you out another bottle sir", their whacky ass reply was to apply alcohol to the spot instead of just sending me a new bottle of ACTUAL BEIGE dye that I originally ordered. If you have a complaint you can be assured these useless ass cheap asses won't help you but instead make you jump through hoops for a damn little ass bottle of dye of all things. WTF man seriously it's that much trouble to ship me another freakin $6 bottle of the CORRECT colored dye? Man GTFOH.

So I am back and have to say I actually spoke to someone in management at this company who very much seemed to understand my plight. They were extremely helpful and understanding and quite professional. I could tell they run a tight ship at there establishment as this individual is willing amend this back n forth I had about their product by simply sending me a new bottle which again is all I was expecting in the first place. I am updating my review from a 1 to a 4 because I should not had to go through this in the first place but I am very grateful to the upper management who stepped in assist me. So I say THANK YOU Adrianna. Your professionalism was superb.

I've made several purchases from Angelus, and all of them have been overwhelmingly positive. I was able to take advantage of a recent sale they had in perfect timing for a project I was delighted to use their paints for, and when I noticed I'd had an extra freebie sticker pack added and was charged for it, customer service was quick and friendly in their resolution! The products are spectacular, with bright color payoff and excellent usability, and the stickers are honestly so much fun. Angelus is and always will be first in my mind when I need paint. :)

Three choices of what to do but only good one time. Made order, ordered to much of one color. Went for 25%back keep item. So two too many you think 25%each.... Wrong. Then say your next order ordered wrong color. Same refund but now sorry already used your one only refund. So better know what you are ordering because not good chance of fair refund. Sure loads of discount codes. Shopping, reviews, rating all equal discount codes on another order. Have like Seven right now. But will probably never deal with them again. Had my project, over ordered so have plenty and found another project close to the same. Upgrading rare Kustom Kool Kats naughahyde monster. Taking dull stock color ones and making into ones close to Kustom amp monsters. Using base and Glitterlites to make that Uniroyal Zodiac sparkling colors they used. So far the first 'The Coupe' Hyde worked out great. And Natural Lee Hyde' is next. Same basic colors just different arrangements. All in all great experience, great communication, quality products. Glad to know they are there for any other future projects.

I had an old leather chair that I loved but was going to replace because it was looking kind of rough. My nephew told me it could be painted and sent me some videos. I figured I’d give it a try since I was getting rid of the chair anyway. I bought the supplies and got to work. The entire process was so easy and I love the end results. Full disclosure, I had a hard time with the 4 coat finisher but my nephew brought his air brush over and redid it. I’m very happy with the end product. Customer service was also great. They were responsive and helpful.

Obsessed with these products. The Glitterlites sparkle is insanely strong and apply smoothly, and 2-Soft keeps everything flexible on fabric. Petal Pink has great coverage and works perfectly as a base. Customer service was amazing, shipping was fast, and the prices are really good. Definitely recommend Angelus.

I was looking for a few different shoe polish colours for my summer shoes (either than just black and brown) and didn't want to order from Amazon. And by chance found them on ny Google search.
I couldn't be more please with their products. The colour pigment quality is great, the base they use really nourishing to the leather, their service was quick (got all the polish less than a week) prices were very reasonable and they even packed cute stickers in the box.
I just learned they do more than just shoe polish.
