The quality of the dress is 100 % polyester what wasnt written in the descripion and looks very cheap and pale and the sleeves are too short for a modest dress.

Fraud website. I put an order for 150 dollars. They charged my credit and never sent an order number. I had only a confirmation number. I contacted them to correct my email without any response. I emailed them, called, sent a message, sent what’s app and contacted them on their website without any response.
I will dispute the charges if I do not hear from them by Monday.

I placed my order on September 2020. I followed up several times and kept receiving false promises and lame excuses for the delay. It's been 4 years and until this date I didn't receive anything.

Such a disappointment, I place an order for a couple of dresses in August 2023 only to receive an email in September 2023 stating the dresses were no longer in stock. My money was taken and their customer service have been ignoring my request for a refund ever since! I have scrutinised my bank statements and even spoken to the bank manager who confirmed no refund was issued. I would never shop on this website again and I'm warning all you prospective shoppers to avoid disappointment. It is so unexpected to have a muslim business dwindling people out of their money. The company is a stain on Islam!

Would give it -10 stars if I could. I placed my order in August of 2020 and still haven't recieved it, 4 years later, despite money being withdrawn from my account. I contacted customer service numerous times with no luck (via phone, email, Contact Us form online, Whatsapp, Instagram DMs, etc.). Now I'm out >$100 with nothing to show for it. Tried reporting it to my bank as fraud back in 2020 but conveniently for this company the period to do so had elapsed. I tried calling and emailing again a few days ago thinking maybe they cleaned their act up, but still no reply

A very untrustworthy business - I placed an order, they took my money, and never sent the goods. Customer service was unhelpful. Eventually gave up. To have 75% of trustpilot ratings as 1 - the worst rating - tells you a lot.

Worst customer service ever... I have made the mia stake of placing an order for a dress. It arrived with broken zipper. I have been trying to return the dress for the last 3 weeks. At first, they were replying to my emails requesting me to return the dress at my own expense, then offered store credit, then totally disappeared. They stopped answering my emails, chat option is a scam and I have no idea how will I get my money back. I have never encountered such issues with any online orders I have made with different companies and I order a lot online. This was my first experience with this company and definitely the LAST, for me and anyone I know.

I don't normally write reviews but this company has left me incredibly frustrated and sad. I thought since Annah herself claims to be a revert (like myself) that she would run a good and honorable business but I am very disappointed.
I ordered my dress around 4 years ago and have never received it. I emailed them many times, always got a generic email back about COVID even well after it was over. It was always a new person emailing me back, and then eventually they just stopped replying.
I long since gave up getting my order but I hope to save someone else from making this mistake. The website still says 'biggest sale ever' as it has been doing for over FOUR YEARS! That is why I bought from them because I otherwise couldn't afford their dresses but it was clearly too good to be true. Do NOT let their sale tactics fool you, they are not selling anything. You will not receive anything. They will take your money and leave you in the lurch.
I even asked for a refund and got NO response.

This is a terrible company and a disgrace to Islam. She should stop talking about her being a revert because Islam does not support cheating or stealing. She is definitely not a Muslim but someone just covering her head to deceive people!
I ordered 10 dresses from her in July 2020. Only 1 dress was delivered and I never received the other 9 dresses till date (US78289). She kept making videos and sending messages that production was slow due to Covid and she didn't want to close her store because she was helping Syrian refugees whom she had employed. Obviously, all that was a lie because even after Covid, they kept making same excuses and at some point stopped responding to emails and calls.
Annah Hariri needs to be arrested for fraud! She should not be allowed to do business in United States or anywhere else. I will report her business to business bureau and I beg everyone to do same! She needs to be stopped from cheating others

My undelivered orders has been long due for more than 4 years (ORDER NUMBERS US96599 and US57622). I have reached out several times but customer service never finalized store credits to my account to substituting 6 dresses that never came.
I talked to Annah herself via her Instagram chat last November 2023 and she claimed I can get store credits for next purchases!
Your customer service team just replied one time asking my confirmation to get store credits and I already replied it, but then the email about store credits never replied again!
Please be righteous muslim business and give my rights!! I wanted to believe Annah is good woman who always advocates about Palestine in her IG and wants to take halal money, so please don’t be the reasons people talking about your business were scam and unrighteous!!

I demand a resolution for the issue I am facing with my order. I ordered 15 dresses, but only 9 were delivered, and the quality of the dresses is poor. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care through WhatsApp and email, I have not received any response. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.
