We have purchased furniture at Annetts many times over the years. We just bought a new suite and Gareth was his usual friendly and efficient self.

Its a great store with top staff. We can once again highly recommend it.

Damian took great care with our decision process and then he was meticulous in ensuring that every detail of our order was exactly what we wanted.
Dan and Jason have just delivered them, and they were wonderfully careful about getting the sofas into our sitting room, and arranging them where we wanted them to go.

Staff made us feel valued whilst we tried rise recliner, transferring from wheelchairs in the showroom was easy, nothing was too much trouble, we didn't feel rushed and all our choice options were considered.

The salesman Rob spent alot of time with us explaining the different mattresses, not pushy, very pleased how we were dealt with and were kept up to date about delivery and the delivery men were very polite and friendly.
