Nice plants, not the greatest website or Customer service
I don't live in the same state as this company but am on the West Coast still. The plants come fairly quickly and most are in nice shape, very healthy looking and most have survived so far after some months now. The worst part about this company is their customer service and website. Most of the time, they do not respond to you, especially if you have a concern about something. You have to essentially harass them to get them to respond and even then, they may still just ignore you or send you a terse, unfriendly response. Also, I am signed up for their emails/sales, etc but apparently they will still only post some sales on their Facebook page, which I do not do any social media so I never get notified of those sales and when I asked why they aren't telling us email subscribers about sales (aren't we all trying to save some money????), they, of course, ignored my email. I could have save a bit of money on a big order I wanted to place and was saving for such a sale. So they lost out on a nice big order, I lost out on a sale. But, obviously, they didn't care.
Also, they have a wishlist on their website and you can sign up to supposedly be notified when your wishlist items are back in stock but that only works about half the time and when it does, it usually notifies you several days after it was already back in stock. Frustrating because then if you are really wanting a certain plant, you need to just check every day to see when it comes back in stock. That is just ridiculous and time consuming and frustrating for us customers. But, I let them know this, and, yet again, they don't seem to care. They implied it was somehow my fault (how is it my fault I'm only sporadically being notified??) and couldn't care less. Again, horrible customer service when you need them the most (for concerns).
