Always responsive, very helpful. Easy to get a hold of by email/phone. Professional at every turn. Keen to help you get things the way you like them - in 4 years I have honestly never had a single problem with AC, which is really quite remarkable when you think about it. Running a healthcare practice is quite involved when it comes to admin/PA/receptionists and AC have really made things a lot easier. I would highly recommend, keep up the good work and thank you again.

I have used Answer connect since starting my company back in 2016. This has to be one of the best decisions Ive made, a simple but effective seamless system on answering my clients calls. I've been using answer connect for my small business for a few months now. They set my account up very quickly and was immediately on hand with any queries I had. Friendly and supportive staff. The demonstration was really easy and the lady was very patient as I was having technical difficulties. Using AnswerConnect was easy and straightforward. Customer service was quick to respond and they helped with any queries and changes we had to ‘scripts’. They had a professional manner when answering calls and we had confidence that part of our business was in good hands. The portal is great to look back at messages if needed as well as setting ‘out of office’ and ‘closed’ days such as bank holidays and holiday periods when their service continues.

Overall I would say AnswerConnect has been a 4* experience, does what it says on the tin really. I would appreciate direct access to the agent portal so I can edit my scripts and work on them without an agent. I know what I am doing at this point, using an agent slows me down more than anything.

I really can't praise these guys enough for the excellent service that they've provided to me over the past two years. Engaging them has been an absolute game-changer for the three small businesses for which I use them. It has freed me up to run the businesses as I want and means that on the rare occasions that I can take some time off I can do just that - I simply use their app to book myself as out and they take care of things for me. Calls are answered very professionally and customers often complement me on 'my staff', thinking that they work in adjacent offices.
