Have used answer connect for a couple of months now and have been really happy with the level of customer service offered. The portal makes things very easy and the quality of the information collected on messages has been good.

This company really do what they say. Andy Carruthers was an excellent contact who explained how the service could help my business. The lady who helped me with onboarding was brilliant and guided me all the way through set up. I had nothing to worry about and could easily see any customer enquiries I needed to follow up on. My business moved more online and telephone comms was very minimal and Andy recommended that the service could be halted whilst this was the case. No question I will be recommending AnswerConnect UK to all my friends in business from now on.

Excellent Service from the Answer Connect Team. I tried the service for my one man company. However the level of calls my company recieved did not warrant even the lowest plan at £120 they had to offer. Had they had a lower price plan I would have stayed

I have used answer connect for three months now and am extremely happy with the service provided.
The managing director of our company is hard of hearing and doesn't feel comfortable answering calls especially while busy, answer connect have been brilliant.
We went through everything together over the phone to start with full training on how to use the portal, it was all very simple and easy :)
Couldn't recommend them enough.
