I had an excellent customer experience using Ant Antics. Everything from using the website to unboxing my order was a simple and streamlined process.

I received very prompt responses to my questions and was given excellent advice, as well as frequent updates on my order. The quality of the products and the simplicity of assembling are top-notch. The level of care and attention to detail put into the style and method of the packaging alone really emphasises the amount of passion Ant Antics has for what they do. Unboxing my order was an absolute delight, and it was especially nice to have a certificate alongside my ants. I know where they are from and that they are imported legally. The ants arrived healthy and active, and they are also thriving in the recommended setup.

The prices were not the lowest or the highest, but very reasonable. However, considering the level of standards and quality, you are getting a bargain. This is my first purchase from Ant Antics, and it won't be my last. I have peace of mind that any future purchases will be just as exciting and satisfying.

Couldn’t be better! First of all the quality of their products are absolutely amazing! I’m a regular costumer and they never fail to satisfy me, recently I’ve ordered a Camponotus lignaperda queen (along with some supplies) and gave me 2 free sugar snaps as a gift! Really nice of them and they have great customer service, so friendly! Really recommend.

Ordered some ants from these guys for my son to encourage him in science.
Unfortunately they couldn't send them right away due to weather conditions, (which is sensible), so they compensated us with extra ants.

This shop has excellent quality ants, great equipment, and friendly helpful staff. The ant queens and colonies I have brought from here have always been in the perfect health and have done well. I have also brought several nests and outworlds, all of which go together perfectly and the ants that are kept in them are flourishing. I am fortunate to live near the shop so I often pick my orders up on person, which always smoothly, with the added bonus that I get to chat to the staff and see the colonies that they keep in the shop. Overall, I have always been completely happy with what I've brought and the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable every time I've had questions. I have shopped here several times and I will definitely keep shopping here.

I have been interested in ant keeping for many years and made the jump to keep my first Messor Barbarus ant colony May this year which I ordered from Ant Antics. In total so far and definetly won't be the last, I have made 3 orders for ant nests, connectors, outworlds, food and accessories and have found them all to be amazing quality, I have even started another colony of Messor Aciculatus. The staff have also been extremely helpful in answering any of my questions regarding my orders and ant keeping in general and hope to attend a future Ant Con which they host and I'm very looking forward to this. Furthermore the guidance I have received from their social media community on Discord is second to none. The one thing that tops it all is their dedication to conservation which is something very close to my heart. Overall I cannot fault Ant Antics in the slightest and it won't be too long befor I place another order.
