Antdesign has excellent products with excellent quality and design. Do be patient, shipping and delivery can take quite some time, but it's worth the wait.
Great multi pocket tool wish it was a little bit bigger so it feels aesthetically more comfortable on your hands but great built it’s grade a quality

Return nightmare
Return nightmare. Good quality but omg customer service is bad, takes many emails to get a response and just know that if you buy anything from them attempting to return it will be next to impossible. I live in the U.S. they have a warehouse here but i have to ship my return to spain, I also have to include a hand made packing slip with an explanation of why, it will cost me more and take me longer to return than it is worth, it would also take forever to get the money credited to my account (if ever), I'm sure they know this, I just don't think it's the right way to do business. Be warned
Took longer than it should to ship ONE…
Took longer than it should to ship ONE tritium vial. Reached out and asked if I was going to get a tracking number and nothing. Sent one at the end of the day saying to cancel it and magically got a response it was shipped on 6/5/26. In fact it was not, label was only made.

Very Disrespectful Company. (Problem Rectified)
Kickstarted a few products from them. While their titanium products were as described, the quality of their tritium vial brightness vary wildly. When tried to get a replacement for mine that is barely glowing, I was met with extreme rudeness and condescending attitude. Compared a photo of my vial to the same style on their website showing that mine was not even half as bright as the example, they replied with "My God, how is this still not bright enough for you". All I was looking for was confirmation that my product was not defective as it did not look anything close to photos of other reviews or their own product images. Very unprofessional company and would not have done business with them if I had known.
Update: After I stopped responding to the company as a $8 tritium vial just is not worth the headache, the company then proceeded to email me again hours later with two emails:
"No more explanations. Please just return the product according to the instructions on our website. If you insist on saying it’s different, what can we possibly do? Same product, same brightness, yet you keep claiming yours “isn’t bright enough.” There’s nothing left for us to explain.
I feel insulted and I don’t want to keep communicating about this. Dear “God-like” customer, you are truly amazing! You’ve left a deep impression on me. You’re incredible!
Thanks."

Please do not defame any of our products. You are, of course, free to post whatever reviews you want on the internet, but that does not turn false statements into truth. Throughout our email exchange you kept asking us to compare the brightness of the large tritium vials and never once mentioned any problem with the small vial. Yet in your public review you suddenly claim that the small vial is “barely glowing.”
Did you ever send us a single photo of the small vial’s brightness for us to review? You did not. That is your idea of “being honest.”
Because of this, we are choosing to step away and not do any further business with you. I do not want my products to be judged by inaccurate and unfair statements, and I will not accept having my integrity insulted in this way"
Neither of which I responded to. I was very respectful in all of my replies trying to get clarification as to why my photos did not look like what was on their website, I only once even called them out to their first rude email, which mind you was the first email back to me.
Update: Owner of the company reached out to apologize personally for the customer service representative. After some additional constructive and respectful conversations, I realize that the tritium in the product picture and what tritium looks like in real life will very considerably, and that the product I received is functional and normal. I consider this situation resolved and hope for the best to the company going forward with who they hire to manage their customer service.
Very dissapointed
Bought a S Nano V2 from this seller, seemed very reputable, the figit itself feels amazing, I did have issues with the screws falling out, but this is to be expected.
I emailed about this, but didn't get a response.
Then, a month later, the Nano V2 starts falling apart. The middle section with the magnets, as far as I can tell, is made from Stainless Steel—and on the website, this is the ONLY part he does not do spares for. It has worn down to the point that when you slide it, the figit falls apart.
I have tried to leave 2 reviews on his website now, and they seem to refuse to publish, which is very suspicious.
I do not recommend, no customer service and a £90 device broke after 1 month of use.

I followed AntDesign’s return policy to the letter — returned the product within 7 days, unopened, to the exact U.S. exchange address listed on their website. I asked for a simple exchange for the Q1v2. That’s it.
Instead of honoring their so-called “No-Hassle 30-Day Guarantee,” they:
Sent my package back to me
Accused me of "trying to swap the product"
Said I lacked "common sense"
Claimed I should’ve contacted them first — a rule nowhere in their written policy
Then came the best part:
“We regret that we cannot deal with dishonest people.”
They told me to ship the item to Spain — out of pocket — just to get a refund… after I’d already returned it to their listed U.S. exchange address.
If you enjoy gaslighting, shifting policies, and being insulted for doing exactly what a company tells you to do, you’ll love AntDesign.
Otherwise? Stay far away.
