Because I’ve had auto ship for 2 years, I cannot receive a refund on a recently received order that has not been opened and is no longer needed-$113.00. Company policy allows you to get refunded ONLY the first 30 days of their auto ship.

I ordered on 6/6/2025, half of the order received on 20/6/2025, after emailing the CS asking about the order on 12/6, and request a refund on 17/6. The CS reply me saying the delivery usually take 48 hours, which mine took 2 weeks for only half of the order delivered. When I request a refund on 17/6, no one reply. Today 20/6 I am asking the half order refund, wondering if they would give me back my money or just dump my email to bin.

I bought this for my cat and I was so anxious about giving her the pill, I even bought a pill popper for it. When I let her sniff the pill she just ate it herself. LOL! Now it's her treat :)

Terrible product. All 3 of my dogs got extremely sick like it's a poison. Terrible company, bad customer service. They take forever to reach out just to do nothing as they take your money. Will never do business with them, and will be sure to spread the word as I'm on the board of an animal shelter.

They also make there online chat impossible to work so by the time you get ahold of them or hear back it just so happens to be after your 30 days! Pos company

We have a senior boxer who had partially torn his back knee. Given his age, cet tried pain management injection that almost killed him due to a one in a million intolerance. We were struggling to find a solution and was recommended this. He will never be 100% due to his age and other age related issues but mobility wise he has just thrived since being on these supplements. It's been 2 months and he is no longer struggling to get up and walk. Would highly recommend for senior dogs as natural alternative. Just give it at least 4 weeks to really see improvement. I'm so glad we persisted.

Received product that was melted together. Reached out a couple of times and have never heard back from Antinol. Not even sure it it’s safe to give to my pet so we disposed of it. Waste of money

My 10 year old pomeranian cross had a damaged left knee. 4 weeks of antinol and she is running like a puppy again. Give it a go!

My dog has a spinal problem, elbow & hip dysplasia and he’s absolutely impossible at taking medication and has a lot of sensitivities to them. I’ve tried supplement powders with him but that made him refuse his food so I decided to purchase Antinol to try as a last resort. At first he wouldn’t eat the capsule out of my hands, coated in anything or if I poured the liquid out of it in the food. I almost gave up but one day I put it into his food (he usually finds them in the food and spits it out) but somehow miraculously he started eating the capsule with it. We’re nearly at the end of the 14 days of double dosage and i’m definitely noticing a difference in his mobility. He also previously would pace at night which I believed to have been due to pain but he’s not anymore? I hope these results continue long term!!

They really are kind. I purchased starter packs for my terrier and a few days after delivery I was sent a lovely postcard by Liz welcoming me and my dog to Antinol. They could have done this by email or not at all, but it felt so personal and I really rate them for that. My dog isn’t a huge fan of the taste, but so far she has taken them with a coating of liver paste and she has had 2 good days in a row with her arthritis. May be coincidence but I am hoping it works for her in the coming weeks.

Dog became unwell with severe diarrhoea. My vet said they have seen this many times before with antinol and to switch to 4cyte instead

I received a shipment of Antinol three days after my dog died. It was on a subscription that had started over a year earlier. The company refused to accept a return because they start the "60 day refund policy" on the date the subscription started, not the date of the latest shipment. I do recommend Antinol, but not Great Healthworks.

Antinol makes it very easy to order the product that has made a great improvement in my pup's mobility and overall comfort. The ordering process is simple and extremely convenient. I was completely impressed with the delivery time and the various shipping updates.

There has been a noticeable difference in our dogs range of motion in his back legs since he's been taking antinol.

My 9 year old Miniature Schnauzer competes in Agility trials was starting to slow down a bit. Started her on this and by month 2 she had so much more mobility and spunk again!

We began using Antinol a few months ago and it's a product that I am so grateful to have discovered and added to our supplement schedule. My dogs take it daily and without any difficulty. (A supplement that they don't want to take isn't going to do much to help them, right?). I have noticed improvements for our 10.5 yo and 7yo dogs and for our 5yo who competes in very athletic dog sports, such as dock diving, this product has become an absolute "must" for her as we train and compete. We're very impressed with the product and I really like the new packaging! Great company and we will be customers for a very long time.
