Needed a new 3*, Sold Secure Diamond profile euro profile cylinder for our composite front door. Very happy to have found the Titan HS store for my Ultion lock, which meets/exceeds all the security standards.

Price was excellent, service even better. I originally ordered the key/key (entirely my fault on website) when I wanted Key/thumbturn. No drama, as I was contacted by Cassie to verify all my order details and she quickly put everything right with no drama.
This is great practice as verifying internal and external measurements and lock finish won't be second nature unless you're in the Trade.
I needed extra keys and everything was delivered by DPD (one hour slot) after 3/4 days.

This company was a great find for Ultion locks and an Ultion Padlock for my home. I had quite specific requirements (locks of different colours, some with thumb turn, some sets keyed alike, and cylinders of various different sizes etc.) I emailed a few different companies for quotes and this one came back with the cheapest price. When I went ahead with the order Alun contacted me before the locks were built to ensure the order was exactly what I was after and to make sure he had the order correct.
