I absolutely LOVE AOAM !!!! 🥰 I recently bought my second flashlight and the connector for them! I have had my other flashlight for almost three years and it still work great.

Bad shipping bad customer service
Really disappointed of the customer service, after exchanging many mails with the company I felt like I was just talking to chatGPT and not even a real human being.
Disappointed of paying 50$ for a fast shipping service that was never honored and receiving my item two weeks instead of 3 days later. So easy to point fingers at others and not take responsibility. You choose the company you work with they should be trustworthy. Do not propose a service if you’re not sure you can honor it or maybe just refund a little something to your customer when that happens, that would change everything.
Nothing to say on the product it’s definitely good quality just wished I had bought it to someone more reliable.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry for the frustration with the shipping delay and understand how disappointing it was after paying for express service.
When your order came in with Saint Martin as the destination country, we held it and asked for confirmation. You let us know we could use France, and we set the label accordingly. We called UPS to investigate the delay, and they told us the issue came from the country being listed as France, which led to the misrouting.
We regret that the shipment didn’t arrive in the expected timeframe, but this issue was outside of our control. While international delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed, we understand your expectations weren’t met and appreciate your patience throughout.

So I’ve been flowing for about 5 years…
So I’ve been flowing for about 5 years and half of that time Ants on a Melon has been my go-to suggestion for the more serious flow artist. AOAM has the best fiber optic flow toys on the market. The fiber counts are robust and silky and the shape of the handle (perfectly straight) helps with trickier maneuvers. I do double whips n rarely run into others who do the same but when I do it’s AOAM. Also I’ve totally had to send them in for servicing because I like to flow and invariably need a retune but they are quick to respond and fix for a small service fee if it’s not covered under warranty. I love this brand.
