Which if they had quoted they could do ?
Simple won’t use again please check there prices seem to be high

After a very long delay and somewhat unsatisfying communication I have received all that I have ordered. The products are genuine and work well. I'll put this down to the current situation in logistics and poor communication skills on part of the seller.
End good, all good.
I had a problem, I rang the number and sent a photo, my issue was resolved and I am completely happy, I would buy again with confidence, Alice was very kind and helpful .
Wish I had checked this site before. I ordered some bulbs which they then said had been returned to sender, but then told me, in the same email, that the bulbs I wanted were out of stock, and could they send me an alternative.
Firstly we never refused a delivery or returned anything. Secondly if the product has been returned to them, how can it then be out of stock, they have just had it back?

One star is not worthy - should be ZERO STARS!!!
I echo all of what has been said before about this company - they are masquerading under the pretence that they are UK based, when their warehouse is in the Netherlands with no way of being able to fulfil their orders due to Brexit issues and getting carriers across the borders. So tell me, why are you still taking customers money??? It's outrageous you are still trading!
On 28/12/2020 I ordered 2x fluorescent tubes lights and a starter. The reference number for my order is 2020639732.
On confirmation of my order, notification was given re the following; "Please note that due to Brexit, unfortunately our carriers are unable to deliver your package until January 2021. Our apologies for the inconvenience." However, on the 29/12/2020 you informed me that my order had been shipped by DPD.
After numerous emails back and forth due to failure of receiving my order, you still were unable to confirm when I would receive delivery of my order. I therefore requested a refund on 15/01/2021 and again on 18/01/2021 of which you finally acknowledged on 19/01/2021. You informed me that I will be refunded under service request case 4100002718 and that it can take 5-15 business days due to current backlog.
I have still yet to receive my refund 17 business days after your delayed acknowledgment on 19/01/21.
Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Despite all your polite responses to my emails, there is no substance to your words – there is only so long you can fob people off. Effectively you are a bunch of thieves! You have my money, and I demand it back, simple.
I am therefore reporting you to Trading Standards and will be taking further action if funds are not received to my PayPal account today.
I have had enough of dealing with companies like yourself, ripping people off by taking their hard earned money and taking advantage of the current situation by using Brexit as an excuse or the current Covid pandemic.

DO NOT order from this supplier, web site gives the impression of being a UK company, in fact ware house in Holland. Take money but are currently not shiopping to UK. Well dodgy business practice.

I emailed them to enquire (fortunately jotted down the Ord No, otherwise it would have been nil pwa ) & was told the order was sent out & then returned to the depot, believe what you will !. not waiting any longer am requesting a refund. Judging by other complaints "watch this space", just thankful it was`nt a big spend.

Don’t order here.
Got 5 bulbs with fault. Bad customer service maks It imposible to come anywere near returning the produkts.
Almost 30 mails back and forth, but still not getting no were.
They want you to just stopp trying.
So save your self the truble, and order from a diferent place.

Struligt att beställa då min mejl först inte gick igenom och dom kunde inte skicka beställningen. Försökte föra en mejlkonversation men det tog en dag mellan varje svar och det Gick inte och ringa och få prata med någon som
Pratar svenska. Så jag bad dom ta bort ordern. Helt plötsligt så gick det och dom skickade ordern utan
Att svara på mina mejl. Då jag inte längre ville ha ordern så sa dom att jag kunde bara låta dom gå i retur . Men har nu fått två faktura påminnelser och ingen som svarar på mina mejl. Lamporna gick i retur direkt.

No recomiendo usar esta página para comprar. Cualquier error será asumido por el cliente, aunque esté inducido por ella, ya sea por mala información o por alguna otra carencia. La devolución de los productos tiene que hacerse en Holanda por cuenta del cliente, aunque la página en la que se haya comprado sea de otro país y tenga un domicilio en el mismo. Un auténtico sinsentido

My review is for order #4100119674
The product was successfully returned via dpd on 22 July. Today we are 13 August, 3 weeks since Any Lamp received the bulbs, and I did not receive the £1,447.52 refund yet. The company claims that they tried to make the payment but it « bounced back », the logical question is then why not contact me about this issue and try again instead of just ignoring it?
