Im a learned optician, but computer geek by heart. When I heard of this tool I´d really want to try out.
In my ticket process I described I do this kind of work as a hobby in my freetime and source malicious file from forums,breaches,github, and anywhere else I can find them.

Them not giving me access will not stop me doing what I already do, but its kinda bumming that I still need to host/rent VServers for that.

WHY DO I NEED A BUSINESS EMAIL TO ACCESS IT?!?!?! ITS LITERALLY JUST A VIRTUAL MACHINE JUST LET ME ACCESS IT AND YOU LITERALLY GUARD SO MUCH OF IT THAT YOU REALLY NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME THATS WHY YOU HAVE A 2 STAR RATING

Didn't give me any options to scan a url I know was malicious but needed proof. They're useless if you are a normal person and need work done.

The ANY.RUN sandbox has been a really disappointing experience, despite my initial excitement about using it for malware analysis. Most of the time, the platform is extremely slow, which annoys me so much, it seems too advanced and it’s so hard to complete even simple analysis tasks before the session time expires. That is crazy because, although the features seem promising on paper, they are actually a significant disadvantage for the virtual machine.
Not only, the free version has significant file-size restrictions, making it difficult to see an actual good analysis. You had to pay a premium price for necessary features and newer Windows OS versions, which is excessive given the performance problems.
There is so much subscriptions out there now, it’s really bad….://////

Additionally, customer service has not been helpful at all
Because most of the time, they are extremely slow, and I can’t do anything.
HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!
