Always friendly. Also if you make a mistake with ordering uplift (size) they do refund.

The workmen kept me informed as to timing of uplift, and arrived on time. They were polite and very helpful and the job was done quickly.

Disposal of my chair dealt with efficiently and no fuss. Friendly and courteous driver and his colleague.

Punctual to the point of managing the near impossible given the amount of roadworks in the vicinity. Polite and very efficient. I just handed them the driveway key which was returned with a verbal report of the amount of rubbish cleared and they left the site clean and clear.

Easy to arrange a collection for the next day. Email confirming who would be collecting the items with names and photos was really helpful and reassuring. Was notified before their arrival when they were due to come, again was helpful and all items were collected from inside the house with no problems.

I booked a service through their website for a specific date and time slot. I called twice during the scheduled time frame to ask for an ETA, but the people answering the phone were extremely rude and simply told me to wait for a text message when the driver was on the way.

On my last call, just 30 minutes before the end of the scheduled time slot, I was told that the service had been cancelled and that they could reschedule it for the following day.

I decided to cancel altogether and requested a full refund.

Only used twice and both times they said the waste is 7 yard skip size although both times it was less than 4 yards. They show you one price, then you wait for them to come for a few days and they try to find an additional tile or something to try to increase the price to next level. Avoid and use something else

Found the booking process easy but not sure about how to work out the size. Anyway, arrived on time and cleared the items very quickly and will definitely use again.

The guys did a good job removing settee. Only down side was they did not come during arranged morning time slot. Arrived mid afternoon.

Well I booked a collection between 7:30am till 1pm, it is now 2pm and still not arrived! I have chased them and all they can say is they have been delayed and cannot give me a time they will be here, what poor service. I paid for an XL collection and I should have just had a skip delivered, as I need to now go out and all they have said is you will get a full refund, well that is obvious but I am now left with a large pile of waste, and having to consider different way of getting rid of it. Awful customer service, and I would never consider using them again. Poor poor poor!

The old chair was collected the day after I phoned.
I had a morning slot and the delivery men kept in touch by text and email. Very easy to follow map with van moving on it and I’m in my 70’s and usually find these things hard! Two pleasant men were here early and removed the chair from my upstairs flat no problem. A good experience from start to finish. I have recommended to others already.

Crew arrived on time, and in ten minutes the unwanted chairs had been removed. Care was taken not to damage new paintwork. Very efficient.
Highly recommended.
