Breaking consumer laws on federal and state levels
Would give 0 stars if I could. Misleading advertisement and deceptive photos of their products. I ordered one of their shirts for my boyfriend for Christmas. The photos online represent a dark black, drop shoulder, relaxed fit shirt with a graphic design on the front and back. Received the shirt in the mail about a week later, the shirt looks nothing like the photos, besides the graphic. It’s a lighter black than what appears online, it’s a regular fitting t shirt with no drop shoulder. I sent a friendly email to customer service with photos of the shirt I received against the photos online, expressing my concern for quality control, material, style, fit and advertised photos on their website. I asked for a refund since you LEGALLY can not advertise a product to look one way online and have the customer received something completely different. I was dismissed and told “sorry the shirt didn’t work out for you, you can return the shirt through our portal”. I sent another email expressing further frustration and provided them with specific consumer laws that they are breaking, they don’t want to refund me. A week later I get an email to review their product, I gave a one star review and shared my experience. Within MINUTES of submitting my review the owner emails me back in CAPS laughing at me and putting me down. I have a three hour long email history going back and forth with him, while I remained professional and calm and was relentless at expressing their law breaking and my concern, he continued to laugh, put me down, say things like “what do you want me to do beg and plead with you or kiss your feet” and also tell me “maybe reach out to the company ur buying from to confirm if the shirt is drop shoulder?” Basically undermining my experience. Lack of empathy, lack of customer service, lack of professionalism, lack of problem control. You LEGALLY can not have products up for sale that differ than the actual product itself and expect people to not be upset. To then bully and harass them via email because they gave you a poor rating is EXTREMELY wrong. I would upload screenshots of these emails if I could.
