Absolutely appalling service. We booked this bus back in March for my friends hen party and paid a deposit to secure the booking. On the day, the bus never turned up. We waited for over two hours with no reliable updates and were eventually forced to arrange alternative transport ourselves. The company then stopped trying to contact me to give me updates and I haven’t heard from them since.
There were 13 of us, and because of this we arrived late to our planned activities, which put a dampener on what should have been a special day.
We were also meant to have a return on the bus but again it never showed and they never tried to contact me for the evening pick up.
This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience and additional expense. When you book transport months in advance, you expect the company to be reliable, especially for an important occasion like a hen party.
I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Disgusted!!! I used this platform to find a specific car for my daughter and best friends prom - after three telephone conversations to confirm everything was good, they assured me the company who were assigned were good and reputable! When a hideous dirty WRONG car, with an idiotic driver turned up on the day ‘anything for hire’ accepted no responsibility for this huge day wrecking error! No refunds I was told would come from them - even though they were the platform to seek out the specific car!! I don’t believe the company even own the car I booked……. It raises concerns that anything for hire use companies who they do not have full check of the product they are flogging!! £226 down the drain by placing my trust in this company!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

My nephew and friends hired a limo for their prom this last week. Due to high temperatures we had enquired if the limo had AC and were told yes. 10 minutes into the hire the children asked if the AC could be turned up but were continually ignored by the driver saying he could not here them and the request for the AC and windows to be opened was ignored. After all 9 children were driven around for an hour with no AC or open windows in 34 degree heat they arrived at their prom drenched in sweat and some were violently sick and suffering with heat stroke. When contacting the company we were told the AC had been re gassed the day before which was clearly not the case!! This to me was a highly dangerous situation that the children should never have been put in. We continue to challenge the company and whilst we have received some of the money back. We will continue to persue the full refund due to this health and safety violation

The driver is what made this whole experience better, he was fantastic. I was highly disappointed with the communication after I paid the initial deposit, I then had a call to ask for the remaining amount which was super confusing because I was told the rest could be paid in cash on the day! I then had multiple calls/emails and confirmation of times I confirm 6.15-7.15 hours hire for £800!!!! On the day of my daughters prom the car had a arrived super early, then I said to the driver it’s 6.15-7.15 he made a call and then I had a call whilst we was on our way to prom to say I’m sorry you need to pay more money otherwise it will be terminated I said I’m in the car already, I have paid £800 I confirmed times multiple times! Then I received a texts to say it’s ok miss understanding.
Really poor communication but yet so much communication but the driver was fantastic

Very patient team as I needed to make several changes. Also communicated with transparency giving the best deal for what I needed. Definitely recommend and I’ll definitely use again in the future.

Ordered a Limo from this company for my daughter’s wedding which was 12/06/2026. It did not arrive to take her to her wedding. My daughter was later for her own wedding as we had to get a taxi to take her and her bridal party to the venue.

I called this company’s sub contractor to see where the car was and they told me that they had been told to go to a different venue, but there was clear, documented details of the pick up location, time of pick up and the drop off location. I had also factored half an hour contingency into the timings. It should have been there at 1:30 as her wedding was 2pm.

The company then made an excuse that they had been calling my daughter to say they were there. They were not there nor did they have her telephone number, they had mine and I received no calls.

They then called my husband at 3:10 to say they were there!

Krishna from Anything for Hire said he would investigate. I have given him opportunity to come back to me on this but no response and no acceptances of the facts. I have all texts, phone call times and correspondence therefore there is very little that can be disputed from the facts of the matter.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was so disappointing that I feel other customers should be aware.

I booked a 16-seater Ford Excursion limo in January 2026 for my son's school prom in June, nearly five months in advance. At the time of booking, I explained that I did not yet have the confirmed prom timings and was repeatedly reassured that this was not a problem. I was told several times, "Don't worry, it's all booked for you, the limo is yours," and that I could call back closer to the event with the collection time.

When I contacted the company approximately one week before the prom to confirm the details, I was shocked to be told that the limo was no longer available at the required time because another customer had booked it for 4:30pm. This booking had apparently been accepted after mine, despite your own records showing that my collection time was still awaiting confirmation.

The problems did not stop there. The company had also recorded the wrong collection address, despite the correct address being provided when I made the booking. Even after the booking was transferred to another company, they too had been given incorrect information, including the wrong collection address and a pickup time of 5pm rather than the 4:30pm time that had been discussed.

Throughout the process I was passed from person to person, promised call backs that never happened and repeatedly had to chase for updates myself. Eventually I was given two options: accept a 5:15pm pickup for a prom that started at 5:30pm, or pay an additional £120 for an alternative vehicle that could arrive on time.

Faced with the risk of the boys arriving late to such an important event, I felt I had no choice but to pay the extra £120. This additional cost arose solely because of the company's poor booking management and communication.

What should have been a happy, exciting and memorable occasion for our children became an incredibly stressful experience. Instead of looking forward to the prom, we were worrying whether the transport would arrive at the right address, at the right time, and whether the boys would make it there at all.

For a booking costing almost £900, I expected accurate records, good communication and professional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The entire situation put a significant dampener on what should have been a joyous milestone in our son's life.

Very disappointing and not a service I would recommend.

Very helpful from the beginning and it was super easy to book the driver's we not only patient while they waited for yhe bridal group but they were very friendly and helpful with everyone thank you so much for making my daughters wedding day so beautiful

Really unimpressed with the service I received hired a limo for my daughter‘s prom and five of her friends admittedly one of the friends was late turning up to the limo but when they arrived for the hour hire we had for nearly £700 the limo literally drove straight from The pick up point to the drop-off point which was a 13 minute drive. The Bentley we had was not up to scratch it was filthy inside and out the back brake light was cracked. The bumper had scratches all over it. The back door was dented and it looked like they were turning up in something that was actually thrown together. Very unimpressed and disappointed.

Book a rolls royce phantom from kevin who handled the booking gave me great advice about what car would be best ,driver rang me to confirm details and was prompt on time took our daughter too the prom and did a fantasic job so many thanks too him and kevin

There was only 2 cars left and my daughter picked the brightest and the loudest car they had left!
She was so happy from start to finish the biggest smile on her face!
I will definitely be using this company again in the near future with my other children for there proms!
Shane was lovely polite and such a great help in everything he done from the very start!
The driver of the car also a lovely polite man who went above and beyond for my daughter apparently the owner of the car was in America at the time and he picked the best bloke he had in all honesty to drive the corvette… he arrived on time and was great in planning the route so we could get there ahead of them to be able to get photos of them arriving!
All at anything for hire especially Shane and the owner/driver of the car I would like to thank you all for everything you did I will be using you in the near future!

Absolutely avoid this company.I booked a car with them for my sons prom and I asked if the time could slightly be changed. They informed me the car was booked staight out for an other prom in my area but they could change for a another car cossting an extra 95 pounds each on top of the 1000 what we was already paying. My friend is a teacher and she said there is no other prom on in our area on the same day I explained this to the company but he was adamant there was. I decided to call oasis limos who was supplying the car and the friendly chap informed me there was no other booking after our prom and the change off time was not a problem. Anything of hire was just trying to con and get more money from us.. anyway that problem was now sloved .... I booked the car for 4 people stated 4 people on my conformation also... NOW the morning of the prom oasis limos called me to say there was a problem with the booking as Anything for hire had booked the car for 4 people but the car booked only seated 3 people... The boys had to then get another car it didn't ruin there day but could u imagine if they hadn't noticed and one of the lads couldn't go... I really would avoid this company out to cone and get more money and couldn't evan do a booking for the right people correctly.
