I was on the hunt for a hummer limousine and found this website. They contacted me right away and were able to offer me what I wanted and more with some extras to make my son’s party extra special. I would highly recommend Anything for Hire, as the customer service, variety of vehicles is amazing!!

Can't fault them. 4 weeks before prom and they still managed to get me a car for my girls to go in. Would recommend to anyone.

Booked a prom limo through Anything For Hire and specifically asked who the supplier would be before paying, as I was organising this on behalf of other parents. I was directed to reviews for “Platinum Limo Hire”, which gave reassurance to proceed.

After paying the deposit, I discovered this company doesn’t even operate in our area and was not actually providing the service. Instead, the booking had been placed with a different company with an almost identical name (“Platinum Limousines”) but with no online presence or reviews. I felt completely misled by this.

Communication became very poor when I tried to resolve things and I ultimately had to recover the deposit through my credit card provider after my complaint was upheld in my favour.

Be very careful about what you are actually signing up to before paying any deposit, and take note of the other negative reviews that have been left.

Visiting London for a friends 50th so wanted a limo to take us to the O2 arena. Went on google and submitted an enquiry on a "limo" website. Within minutes I was receiving calls from an unknown number which I ignored. I then received a WhatsApp message asking how they could help with my enquiry. I explained I thought I'd messaged a limo company but was assured they would be able to help

When they came back with the price I declined informing them that a Lincoln limo wasn't really what I wanted, the price was more than I was prepared to pay and the pictures they'd sent showed a "tired " car
They then came back informing me they could provide a Baby Bentley for an extra £25 and after seeing the photos I was happy with that and paid my deposit with the remainder to be paid on the day. I received a payment receipt by email

A week before my trip I emailed asking for a contact number for the day and confirmation of the booking. They emailed it over to me and it was showing the Lincoln limo! Unfortunately not able to get through by phone i WhatsApped them. No response. Eventually I got through to be informed that the Bentley was not available due to mechanical issues so they'd just assumed I'd rather have a limo than none at all and blamed the error on a new member of staff!
The assured me that the limo would be presentable and would send me my refund of the additional payment I had made At this stage I didn't have much other choice

To the day of the event.still no refund I received a call from the limo company asking if I would be paying cash to the driver which I confirmed. I asked where they intended to pick us up from as there were bus lanes outside the hotel so no stopping. He informed me he'd look into it and call me back
Half n hour before pick up the driver called to say he was stuck in traffic and would be an hour at least! Not great as we were attending an event and needed to be there by a specific time. I asked him about the pick up and he hadn't been made aware of it
To be fair the driver did keep me updated and was only 45 minutes late but imagine my horror when he turned up in the limo from the original pictures I had declined. It was old, tired and in need of a good refurbishment and to top it all when we got in there were empty cans and cleaning cloths everywhere
Not happy but not the time or energy to complain

On the Monday I complained. It took weeks to get it resolved with my initial extra charge back and a refund for the limo
I certainly wouldn't use this company again for anything
It put a dampener on my night out!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and honestly feel that I was completely mis-sold this service.

Originally, we had booked a 10-person mini bus, but I was contacted and advised to upgrade to a supposed “12-seater” so that our full group could fit comfortably. I paid an extra £195 for these additional two spaces, only to find out on the day that the bus could not even comfortably fit the extra people at all. So what exactly was the difference between the 10-seater and the 12-seater if the extra passengers still couldn’t fit properly?

On top of that, I was promised features such as karaoke, party features, and a dance floor area — none of which were included. Had I been told that upgrading would mean losing these features, I would never have agreed to pay extra in the first place.

What is most frustrating is that initially the customer service seemed very helpful and supportive in arranging a bigger vehicle, which gave me confidence. However, once I raised my concerns afterwards, the response I received was dismissive and not helpful at all.

Overall, I feel very let down and disappointed, especially after paying significantly more for something that did not match what was advertised or promised.

I was helped by Dave and he was so informative, and quick to find me the best quote/deal for the event. With only one days notice, Dave found exactly what we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process to follow. Would certainly use them again! Thank you so much!

Very helpful booking service

Went out of his way to accommodate me. Very professional.

I had a party bus hired for 2 hours yesterday for my wedding, they picked us up at 2pm to take me to my wedding destination, the driver put in the wrong destination even though I shown the driver the correct address on HIS piece of paper, he then had to put the correct address in which made us delayed by 15 minutes to my wedding which delayed the service, as we were signing our marriage certificate the party bus driver came into my ceremony telling us that we need to get our stuff off the bus and he was going! I understand that we had the bus for 2 hours but as he put in the wrong address I was shocked to see as I’m signing my wedding papers him to come into my ceremony telling us he’s going, my bridesmaid got in touch with his boss on the phone and his boss was incredibly rude to my bridesmaid saying that his driver wouldn’t do that in a very rude tone and was being very rude to her! This added a lot of stress on what was meant to be an amazing day and we had to make alternative plans for our guests to arrive at our reception as he just disappeared on us!!!

Great customer service and helped with the booking

The gentleman I dealt with was extremely patient with me. Sorted out what I required for my grandaughters prom.

Really easy and great experience. Their customer channels are efficient and I was able to complete the process in no time.
