Excellent customer service pre, during and post installation. The installation team are extremely competent and professional. The Kozani kitchen countertop that I purchased is of the highest quality and installed perfectly.

Amy was very helpful and gave us multiple quotes for different products . When we finally decided on a worktop they also gave a price match for us. The templating and fitting went really well and we were extremely happy with the journey from start to finish.

From my initial phone call, first meeting, subsequent calls (and I made many).. through to installation, every person I spoke to and dealt with were fantastic.

From start to finish, I have nothing but praise for the team. Amy investigated availability of material in stock and provided a number of quotes for me to consider. Vicky provided a clear checklist for me to use during installation of the kitchen units. Rob, who measured for the template couldn't have been better in explaining the best layout of cuts and how the join into our existing worktop would be managed. Tony, who installed it all, worked safely and efficiently, again taking care to ensure that everything was explained clearly. Finally, Kirsty in the finance team, was also very professional. It's been a pleasure doing business with you.

Very helpful! We had a small job- we wanted some shelves to match an existing worktop, but Amy spent time with us and found a perfect match. When we went to collect them, the guys on the bay couldn’t have been more helpful. Top marks all round!

We recently had a quartz worktop and floating shelf supplied and fitted by this fantastic local company, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, the sales assistant/ Amy stood out for their patience, deep knowledge, and genuine desire to help us find exactly what we needed. No question was too small, and every concern was met with thoughtful, informed advice that gave us total confidence in our choices.
