I have mentioned several times before at Aolon Customer Service, the watch I was sent did not have the features advertised for the watch I bought. I have written to request a refund with no response except that "the update is being done." I want to return the watch and Aolon refused to accept it. Please don't buy this smartwatch. Not as advertized
I purchased this watch because it been advertised as being waterproof for swimming and being able to monitor blood glucose. I cannot find these features on the item you sent. Also I have not been able to sync the watch to the glory fit app.

High quality at a low cost
Arrived in quick time, well boxed and surprised to find a spare strap and screen protectors. The GT6 Pro look’s considerably more expensive than the modest price tag. A variety of screen choices could be better with perhaps some plainer looking options(less is more). Also a more comprehensive manual would be of benefit as there are functions on the watch that are not detailed anywhere. Overall a great watch.

I said I had supplied photos and video of the fault, which was receipt acknowledged at the time. Their response to my review says they need a video to assess faults. THEY HAD VIDEO and it is obvious THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO PROPERLY READ THE REVIEWS.
Avoid this company or be prepared to loose your money.

Just purchased the GT5 pro and I can't get the fit tracker to bind with my phone which is a Galaxy s22 note. So I don't have the correct time nor can I track any of my activities. I tried to reach customer service but no response. I will not recommend this brand to any of my friends
