The delivery was good but he didn't tell me the prices upfront. He should have told me the full cost in beginning including insurance. Insurance part was hidden from me and later informed. But transporting was good. He delivered my stuff timely and in good condition.

Receiving broken items and got abused
Hands down, the most horrendous packing and moving service I've ever dealt with.
The owner was rude and unprofessional, constantly hounding me for booking confirmation. They sent only one person to move my belongings, including a scooter, and I had to do most of the work. Despite paying 50% upfront, they refused to dispatch my items. When they finally arrived, my TV was shattered due to awful packing, and the chest of drawers had broken wood, a smashed PVC back, and shelves falling apart. My study chair was missing wheels, and key items like my keyboard stand and whiteboard were missing entirely. When I contacted the owner, he was disrespectful and offered no real help—just told me to file an insurance claim. To top it off, if I missed or ended his calls, he'd call back yelling. This was not just a financial loss, it was pure mental torture.

Most pathetic packer and mover to ever exist!
The owner is extremely rude and has no sense of how to speak. During confirmation, he called me relentlessly to get a confirmation on booking. They sent 1 person to shift my household items, including a scooty, and I had to help them during the process. He refused to dispatch my items despite 50% payment already done. By the time every thing came, my television was broken which was packed using only 1 layer of bubble wrap and cardboard. Obviously, it was deemed to be broken. And, for the chest of drawers, not only were regular damages in it but the wood was broken from one end, the back PVC was hit and broken, and all the shelves were coming out. My study chair is missing its wheels, so are my keyboard stand, white board. And when I informed the owner, he was only shy of abusing me, other than that, only said to claim insurance and helped me with nothing. Not even the process of how to. During the whole process, even if I missed his call or cut his call after a conversation while managing 'his packers and deliverers', he called back and yelled at me rudely. The whole process was not just a financial loss but a mental torture.

I know Deepak (owner) for last 3 years now and have used his services 3 times till date. Last Sunday, I shifted from Delhi to Gurgaon and had already booked A1 packers around 20 days back. Even, I had a last min change in plan and Deepak understood and helped me to change my shifting day without any extra charges. He is very professional and makes sure his team also possesses same level of behaviour and professionalism. His team worked throughout the day 9 AM to 9 PM and made my shifting so seamless and easy. I would definitely recommend A1 to anyone as compared to big names in the market (you know what i mean lol).
At last, I would like to say that if you dont care about 500-1000 extra bucks against your peace of mind then definitely contact Deepak. Last, but not least, Jasveer did a fantastic job this time managing the team and taking care of everything so well, well done to him and his guys!!
