Apartment list is a wonderful resource. It's helpful for both comparison 'shopping' and selecting the best choice based on location, amenities and affordability. What I especially like is the instant contact that one can make with the leasing offices and the pictures provided.

If I could I would give it no stars because you got Brokers that are taking forever just to respond to anyone and I mean I'm trying to move seriously and it's taking forever just to get out of message reply or a viewing of the apartment so to be honest with you I would have to say 0

55+/ wheelchair accessible as an attribute
I really wish you would allow an attribute for 55+ or handicap/ wheelchair accessible. We are trying to find a new apartment and it is great to have a list but then we have to call everyone and ask if the apartment is wheelchair assessable and that illuminates a lot of them.
