First of all, the customer service with Apex has been one of the best I’ve ever received. In a climate of declining levels of customer service over the past few years, the level I got from Ashleigh at Apex is among the best I’ve ever had, thank you Ashleigh.

On to the airing cupboard shelves, the first order we had through were slightly damaged (by Royal Mail not handling the package correctly from the looks of it).
A quick message to Ashleigh and a replacement set was sent out promptly.

The quality of the shelves are fantastic, they fit exactly with the measurements I provided (watch the video they provide in order to get accurate measurements).
