Paid extra for express shipping, they sat on the order for a few days. They said they've been busy with their sale. Refuse to upgrade me to overnight shipping so I'll get the order before I leave town. It's been sitting in the warehouse for 2 days and they refuse to make it right. Nothing but excuses. Horrible experience. I spend over $500 a month on peptides and wanted to try this company as it's been recommended by a few people I know, I'll never order from them again. Truly, the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They refuse to take ownership of their error or accountability, it truly makes me question if their products are legitimate. No legitimate company would treat a customer the way they treated me. It's that simple.. They will NEVER get my business again. Apex peptides has multiple websites, be careful!

I bought some retatrutide the batch now number on it says it’s a counterfeit from there COA on there website I have sent 3 emails asking why would it say it’s a counterfeit and asking for proof of 3rd party testing, what they do say they do on there website but I have been ignored
