Uncertain delivery times, terrible support with no helpful answers. Lower prices on other sites.

To anyone who would love to purchase Apivita - please do not purchase them through Apivita’s online store which is based in Greece.
I placed a large order which did not arrive after over 3 weeks.
Apivita Live Chat will not help with delivery - they ask you to email.
Emails to them all go unanswered.
I telephoned them in Greece (cost £3) and the customer service assistant said they would look into my order/delivery and email me straight back - never heard anything.
They take orders, do not send anything out and then ghost you.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

stay away from BEEVINE ELIXIR cream and serum. I woke up with my face red and in pain!!!

UK buyers avoid this company at any cost!!!! Purchased some items form Apivita back in September. Delivery was fast by UPS, items were nicely packed. It was present for my sister, which she appreciate it. But in November I received an invoice, saying I have to pay VAT on items, delivery (which was free)disbursement fee etc. in total £62.07 Bought this online without any thoughts it is coming from Greece. Until November I haven't been aware of it. UPS didn't send any invoice until then. My purchase was for £114.84, which was way under £135.00. Contacted the seller via chat, where I have been reassured there shouldn't be any charges. Sent the email with the invoice to seller. I received a reply - sort it out with UPS. Customer service is appalling. At the check out no mention of customs duty/VAT or any extra charges.Sent them all paperwork and the receipt for the charges, they completely ignored my email. If you purchased from they something over £110.00 and you are from the UK, expect the unexpected bill. AVOID AT ANY COST!!!!

I have been using many of the Apivita products for about 2 years starting with the nice little facial scrubs, and now regularly use the facial creams, primarily the Queen Bee range, and the shampoos and the Tonic Mtn Tea shower gel, and now trying their hair masks. LOVE their products and nothing seems to bother my very sensitive skin. Maybe a tiny sting with some of the masks when my face is a bit raw from sinus stuff. Thankfully they sell in my local farmicia and I don't have to rely on delivery.

I have ordered products for over a hundred pounds at the end of July. They were a birthday present for my son's girlfriend 18th birthday. I have never received a tracking number and it turned out after a month that the parcel had been left outside the door. No attempts to deliver to neighbours, as per camera evidence. The customer service informed me that they would investigate with the carrier but never got back to me. I have sent several email but they do not reply. Very disappointing. Avoid at any cost.

Horrible customer service. I placed a large order at the end of November, and the delivery date was supposed to be within five business days. One of the products finally arrived, and a week later, another product, which was incorrect arrived. After numerous unanswered emails I finally got a response and they told me they were re-ordering the rest of my items and they would be sent as soon as possible. I just received an email today December 21 that they have canceled my order because there is a problem with my shipping address, which makes no sense since they sent me one of the products a few weeks ago. Super disappointing that I've waited over a month for these products that were supposed to be Christmas gifts and now they said I should just go on Amazon to order them. Unfortunately that means I lose out on the black Friday sale prices that I had originally purchased. I love the products but The hassle and inept customer service is not worth buying them.!

Honteux, publicité mensongère. J'ai passé commande le 22/11/2023, il y avait une promotion : 2 couleurs achetées = 1 soin offert. J'ai commandé 4 couleurs, j'ai reçu ma commande en retard ! (C'est la seconde fois) et il n'y avait pas mes soins offerts !!! Alors que sur le site j'ai conversé avec quelqu'un me disant que c'était automatique des que l'on passait commande. De plus le transporteur ment en disant qu'il est passé chez vous et que vous n'étiez pas là, Faux !

Placed an order monday afternoon for delivery in Denmark. 2 days later the products were on my doorstep😱
Impressive!!

I love the products extemely much. I am using the hand creams, the face cleaner, shampoos, the hair dyes (I have used many colours, and even the violet one which would be the most difficult in terms of fading, loses a bit of its blue, but maintains the violet tone even after a whole month in the summer).
I would change one thing: the delivery company. They are HORRIBLE. There is always some problem, and they never accommodate the customer. I wish apivita would use normal post.

Catastrophe !!! J ai passé commande et il me manque des articles. Je téléphone de Belgique en Grèce. Personne ne parle français. Résultat on me demande d envoyé un mail en anglais. Je le fais et plus jamais de nouvelles. J ai perdu 54€ comme ça et le service clientèle ne fait rien!!!

Amazing. Great products and ingredients. I recommend this brand to everybody.

Good purpose, very bad outcome. I place an order on Apivita on Nov 18th, I still did not receive the products. At the beginning I was blaming just TNT FEDEX but at the end I realized that neither Apivita did something for my situation, they got my money and they simply did not care about the delivery.
By my side I kept calling TNT in order to understand why the parcel was never delivered to my house without any outcome, on the other side Apivita continuously replied to my emails with the TNT Greek customer service number.

Result I will never choose again to buy their product from them, do it from Amazon or others serious e-commerce.

Products of high quality and the delivery to the Netherlands was just 3 days!

What can I say other than the products from this company are fantastic! I use the Bee Radiant Serum with Vitamin C and it's just amazing. Highly recommend it.
