Sent the wrong item now I have to repay to get the right strength of medication. I used to like apostrophe but the service has gone down for the prices that you pay.

Skin clears up all cyst have came to surface and dissolved.

It took over 2 weeks to receive the product

I was excited to get the initial consult for some tretinoin - and the consult was only $20, which saved me BIG TIME because I'm self-pay. The issue came when I wondered when my medication would be shipped and saw the website said there was a delay and it would ship in 7-10 days! I hope this site isn't a scam. If it is, I'll be posting again to let ya'll know. UPDATE: 03/26/24 My medication arrived last week so it's not a scam! I think they just have some fulfillment issues that they need to work out.

Review of initial consult and shipping: Entered my details in the entry form and submitted photos. Evaluation was done within the given timeframe and medication prescribed. I completed the purchase of the prescription and waited for it's arrival. Shipping was delayed and I reached out to customer service would advise me that it was delayed about a day later. I received my medication in about 11 days.

Great to use as long as you have patience to wait 1-2 extra weeks than expected to receive the delivery. Their pharmacy was much delayed beyond what their website said

I love this company and the way things are done! I found it very easy to get a consultation with the dermatologist. She was responsive to my needs and gave me a detailed treatment plan that is easy to follow. It took a little longer than I expected to receive my products but it was worth the wait!

Canceled my membership for refill before I even got first order. Took almost a month to receive the products with zero communication about it being delayed until I reached out then days later got a response that the pharmacy is having problems filling orders and was given a 20$ credit on my next order(that I won’t be using) once I got the products both of the pumps for them medications are broke and won’t dispense medication have to unscrew the caps completely off in order to get product out. I will not be using them in the future and recommend you find a different company. Way too expensive for sub par products and horrible shipping time.

Apostrophe took 3 weeks to ship my medication. Getting an update and/or response from their customer service team was not easy and their response took several days. They were not able to resolve my issue or even really provide me with an update. They did offer $20 for future prescription credit though. With so many other options like this available now, I would probably not use Apostrophe again.

This service is just plain bad. Please for you own money and peace of mind. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are on backorder for WEEKS! They know this and still are taking money and orders. All they do is give you a measly 20 buck voucher after taking your money. Messages takes DAYS to get back. This is a money scam and they straight up suck. Use other services.

I’ve been trying to use apostrophe for quite some time now for skincare treatment and the customer service has just been bad. It has taken over 3 weeks to receive medication and treatment after ordering in some cases and their message portal takes DAYS to respond to you. When you’re on antibiotics, this kind of service is unacceptable. Their response to this kind of thing is to provide $20 vouchers for future orders….which will also take forever to receive. Just not good would not recommend and will be discontinuing my treatment with them.

Great support and quick responses. Very cute packaging. Quick delivery and informative content to go along with medication. I Will be committing to this plan and look forward to this modern version of treatment available these days! 🙏👸

The 5 star reviews are lies! There’s isn’t anyway to get in touch with these ppl other than sending messages through the patient portal on the website, used my HSA card and needed a Letter of medical necessity which was a form she had to fill out instead I got a TYPED letter from Chelsey and that was denied! I emailed her the form that needed to be filled out and she told me that I should be able to use what she gave me and there’s nothing else she can do. Which seemed a little weird to me because she had no problem typing a four paragraph LOMN that I couldn’t use, but wouldn’t fill out the actual LOMN form that was provided to me after they denied her letter..

At no point during the consult do you video chat or speak with a doctor, you take pictures and write a paragraph and they prescribe default medication and they don't ever tell you that they don't accept insurance until after you have paid the $20 fee and the medication without insurance is hundreds of dollars. What a waste of time and money

This is a scam. They will make the experience seem so fast and easy upon sign up and then it becomes a nightmare. The customer service is terrible - a total lack of responsiveness, attention to detail, or effort whatsoever. My first refill order still isn’t here six weeks after the order was “filled.” The responses to messages seem like they are written by bots. No one even clicks on the tracking link being sent to see what the underlying issue is nor do they address the questions/comments in messages. There is no phone number to call. They force a check in after one refill to jack up charges. This is the dark side of “concierge” style-medicine. If you don’t take insurance, your product better be easy and high quality. Stay away.

My whole experience has been great! From the medical history forms (easy), consult, care plan, shipment and products it’s been such a carefree and painless process. I’ve had stubborn severe acne for years (face and body) and they did not push any products at me, over-promised or made me uncomfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Affordable number one. Thank you! I did not speak with the doctor in person but through email he was direct, polite, and supportive. Thank you again! I am so excited to start my journey to clear skin, it has been a battle for years and I am so ready to see results. 5 days in and I am seeing a change. My acne is getting worse before better but instead of painful cystic and lasts for weeks, it is small, bearable, and clearing up quickly.

I’m just starting this skin journey and really like the convinces and price of the consultation. I have been struggling with hormonal acne for a long time and tried some many acne products/acne kits but nothing seem to get it at least a little bit under control. This my first time trying an oral medication and I’m super excited. I really hopes this helps because I’m so tired of being frustrated with my skin problems.
