Per anni ho fatto parte del team Appen , e ci sono sempre stati tantissimi progetti, si lavorava molto, sono sempre stati seri e precisi, Da quando Appen è stata inglobata da Crowdgen, è andata decisamente peggiorando, pochissimi progetti, di cui molti confusionari, attese lunghissime per le approvazioni, risposte ai ticket quasi sempre automatiche o inconcludenti,e richieste di lavoro assurde ( tra l'altro con pagamenti proposti a 2 $ l'ora, cosa mai accaduta con Appen)
Non lo consiglio più, peccato perché era un'ottima piattaforma di lavoro, ora è solo una perdita di tempo.
Aquesta mattina, l'ultima goccia, proposta di un lavoro ( 2$ l'ora) , Su 8 domande ho risposto correttamente a 7 , si passava completando il 75% del test, ho chiuso con un 88% , mi hanno rifiutata. Intanto ho perso più di mezz'ora per nulla

Dreadful, no help desk, other than computer or worse still individuals pretending to solve your distress......

Simply put, you waste your time with this organisation and they couldn't careless.
Do they pay? Yes, but not in my opinion if you need to input governement id,,,,, as in outside of Australia or USA, their system doesn't cope, and their help desk is a robot. Useless.....

SCAM - after spending 4-5 hours on quizzes on 7 projects for nothing as 'it is required', they took my government ID and processing it from 1,5 years! (the status is the same from 1.5 years till now). At beginning they said they have issues so I sent my ID 7x thinking this helps.. I am not able to apply to any project since Crowdgen start (I worked on Appen 6 years) When I started asking questions, they stop replying.

This company is a big scam they take months for your ID to be verified and it has to be verified with each job which is retarded, then they do not accept you even though you pass all these test every single one I get turned down because by the time they verify my ID someone got the job. But I am done with them I also hear the people that actually do get the jobs do not get paid so I am not missing out. I signed up because everyone said Appen was good but they let this scam company take over.

I am working on this site from a month but they haven't given a single cent yet.. totally fraud company

I have been waiting for almost 5 months for my ID to be verified and now seeing the reviews I see why. This company is a complete joke and a scam to get you to think you will get work but you can never do the work. I passed a few test but I can not do anything because they do not know how to verify a ID. retards, it is not that hard.

Completely useless, they promise confirmation mail within 24-48 h after qualification but weeks go by, nothing happens.

Complete scam. I have been qualified for months for multiple projects and have not received instruction on how to proceed for any of them. I finally got to work on my first project a couple days ago (2 months after qualifying) and was told i were to get paid by the "unit". I completed one unit and was not paid a dime for it. The dashboard does not say ive completed any projects, and on top of it, it tells me there is no more work for me to complete. This entire site, Appen and crowdgen are a complete scam and waste of time. Support is braindead and does not answer after weeks of waiting, and the fact that there are like 4 different sites you have to navigate through to simply get to a project is unreasonably complicated. These guys have absolutely no clue what theyre doing, and they dont care. There is absolutely no point in using this site. You will not get paid and will not receive help from anyone. You will waste your time trying to qualify for projects that you will never get to work on, and even if you do, will not get paid for. Absolute garbage site, and the people running it are either dumber than dirt, or greedy and stealing. All in all, i dont seem to be the only comment experiencing the same things. In fact, I have not seen ONE single good or even neutral review. Every single review is bad and basically covers the same points as this review. Stay away, there is no point.

Don't waste your time.
No vale la pena como un trabajo extra, toman demasiado tiempo en el proceso de "vincularte" a un proyecto, los lineamientos de calidad no son totalmente claros y debes conseguir cierto porcentaje para que te paguen o si no perdiste tu tiempo. La plataforma se cae cada nada y hay tareas opcionales que solo te hacen perder el tiempo porque no están bien diseñadas y nunca apruebas. Los pagos también son demasiado demorados, para nada recomendados.

Te hacen calificar a un monton de proyectos y no te remuneran nada de ese tiempo perdido ya que no te aceptan incluso si pasas el quiz, hay un monton de gente a la que no le han pagado y cada vez reducen mas el precio por hora en sus proyectos, 2 dolares por una hora de trabajo, descarados.

I messaged the support team three days ago and haven't heard back from them since

Ex Appen "inglobata" da questa nuova piattaforma? non ci è dato saperlo. Sono ferma all'attesa di due settimane con 4 progetti a cui ho fatto richiesta e di cui ho passato i test. Ma manca il controllo dei documenti. Non so se sia più ostico perchè è una piattaforma Americana, ma accidenti, due settimane mi sembrano un po troppe per dei controlli che dovrebbero essere di routine. Ho già inoltrato due ticket ed una sola risposta automatica di "svuota la cache".

Purtroppo non è la prima volta e viene da rinunciare. Quando ho aperto l'account saranno stati i centinaia di test che ho fatto e mai ricevuta risposta. Adesso pensavo avesse risulto i bug, ma a questo punto, leggendo la recensione del ragazzo qui sotto, forse ci sono un bel pò di lacune da controllare. Fate qualcosa per favore.

(Ex Appen da quello che ho capito) Credo siano passate più o meno due settimane da quando ho aperto l'account e l'unica cosa che sono riuscito a fare è collezionare un numero spropositato di ticket con l'help desk. Ho 4 progetti in attesa che mi venga approvata la verifica d'identità (ironia della cosa continuo a ricevere email da parte loro che mi invitano a concludere questa procedura per poter proseguire coi progetti). Non è dato sapere questa verifica quanto tempo ancora porterà via (ho scritto più e più volte all'help desk per avere info in merito). Inoltre per altri progetti che ogni tanto vengono proposti compare una schermata che invita a disattivare la VPN per poter proseguire (VPN che non è attiva nel sul mio PC ne tantomeno sulla mia linea internet). Anche in questo caso non conto più le volte che ho segnalato il problema all'help desk ma niente, propongono le classiche soluzioni (riavvia il modem, disattiva la VPN ecc...) dopodiché il ticket viene chiuso e si ricomincia da capo.
Se pagassero anche per mandare email all'help desk a quest'ora probabilmente avrei già un consistente guadagno...

AGGIORNAMENTO
Dopo più di un mese (e decine e decine di email all'help desk) ho deciso di chiudere l'account dato che non è possibile in alcun modo sbloccare la situazione.
