I sent them email to unsubscribe after they took 3€, they said i was unsubscribed then today took 95€

They are poor suckers!!!

They have been trying to take money out of my account for the last 3 months. I’ve had 3 new cards and they track my new cards it’s caused me so much inconvenience do not sign up to Drop genius they have no live account for me scammers .

WISH I READ REVIEWS EARLIER! SPOCKET RECOMMENDED THIS APP BUT ITS A COMPLETE SCAM AND NO OPTION TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION! ILL NOW CANCEL MY CARD AND GET MY BANK TO REFUND EVERYTHING! AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED IV NOT USED YOUR SERVICES AND IV TRIED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS BUT CLEARLY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AS THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EITHER!

Once you sign up with this app, you cannot reach out to cancel your $39.90 subscription. They have disabled the option to log in to the website. Therefore, you cannot manage your subscription from here. E-mails are not reaching the support e-mail address. Definitely stay away!

DropGenius Is a SCAM.

I'm currently on the phone with my bank after a fraud alert saying DropGenius was charging me an unconsented to amount.

The shopify stores are not active.
There is no way to contact DropGenius.
There is no way to cancel, or verify the charge with DropGenius.

I signed up for a trial with Dropgenius, but they continue to charge my card and send me emails. I've decided to cancel my card to prevent further charges. I've had a bad experience with both Drogenius and Spocket, and I advise against signing up for their trials. They do not provide a good service, and they will rip you off!

charging me for a product and service they never provided. i can find no where to cancel their service.

don't sign up for any kind of free trial, i tried to test their free trial out on a card with 2 dollars left on it and i later find out $100 are taken out of my MAIN card.

Hahahaha well well. I did manage to cancel that sh** free trial of theirs, and i gave them a piece of my mind asweel. Cancelled the subscription, hours after they try and slam my bank with £100 🤣 , 2 steps ahead of them, put that bread in another separate account because i knew the greedy fuc*** would still and try and take it out even after the cancellation of the subscription, knew something was off about them! unlucky, my bank will be shutting them off and i be staying away from these melons. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS DO NOT SIGN UP FOR IT!! Makes you think why tf is shopify promoting these scammers? Dogey as hell anyway plz avoid they are reckless make sure you get your bank to block transactions even when cancelled they still and try take funds out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have had a very long conversation with these guys through Spocket as well. They won't let me cancel and just keep taking my money out. I'm out of AUD450 by now and no money is coming back. Don't know what my bank will be doing.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, Even if you need suppliers there are many out there.

Don’t don’t don’t join , these guys don’t let you cancel and will continue to take your money. I’ve had to go via the banks to get refunds. They will gaslight you, ignore you and scam you.

I have managed to receive a full refund I suspect it’s because the banks/visa got on the case.

I did not realize I was signing up for a subscription . Drop Genious had been trying to tane funds out of my cashapp and I want it stopped. How can I do that?

I like all the other ex-Spocket customers was scammed into joining. Primarily because Spotify has them as a bonafide application which gave the company credibility. If any of the former clients are interested. We are seeking to have this company cease operations. We are located in Vancouver where the founder lives, so we can pursue him personally.

Like the other reviews have said, this is a one big scam to get you to sign up for a Shopify app called 'Spocket'.

The website claims they will build you a custom Shopify store using AI for $1.

They then open a Shopify account on your behalf (which can be done yourself in a few minutes) and add a bunch of random products to your store. They don't actually build you a custom store like their website claims, but do automatically sign you up for a monthly Spocket account.

They then make it very hard it cancel your subscription to Spocket, meaning your locked into some BS plan that you never wanted in the first place.

Deceptive and shady practices. Stay away from these guys.

Total scam and is associated (or associating itself) with Spocket app, which is a red flag for Spocket users. Shopify and Spocket both should be aware of this scam.
