As you can see from the ranting message from the supplier, below, they blamed us when they supplied the wrong product in the first place. They admitted this was the last one they had in stock that they effectively got rid of to us and were shutting down and wouldn’t make any more ! So clearly it was a scam to get rid of their stock that we couldn’t have foreseen.
It’s almost funny they write I was scamming them when I’m the one that’s 100gbp out of pocket with no product - when they have my 100gbp and the product!

The first point of contact we received from you was an email that was mistakenly sent to us by you complaining about a different product that you had received from a different company, we should have known then how this was going to go!
You ordered a handmade to order, made to measure product from us which was supplied EXACTLY as ordered but you felt that we had supplied the wrong colour. We actually had supplied the correct colour and we do not normally accept returns on made to order items but as we (correctly) thought that you were going to be the type od person to complain and as we are nice people, we thought that the easy option would be to just accept the return and to resell the table, so against my better judgement, we offered to allow you to return it and gave very explicit instructions on how to package it and which courier to use so that it did not get damaged on the return to us journey. Unfortunately you decided to completely ignore the packing instructions and choice of courier and as a result the item came back to us badly damaged and in an unsaleable condition so we were unable to offer you a full refund, we sent you a video of us opening the parcel (because we could hear it rattling around unprotected inside the box) and several photos of the damage to show how YOUR lack of packaging had resulted in the item getting so badly damaged. We also offered to help you make a claim against your chosen courier even though we knew it wasn't their fault but you declined and instead, decided that it was somehow our fault that YOU didn't follow instructions and that for some reason we should have to pay for YOUR mistakes and threatened to leave us a bad review.
You are correct, we are closing the business, partly because we are fed up of customers like you not taking responsibility for their own actions and taking advantage of small businesses and threatening to leave bad reviews if you don't get your own way.

Really happy with our daughters…
Really happy with our daughters Christmas Eve crate! Quality is excellent, as is the printing. Delivery was quick and was well packed. Have shown to friends who also plan on ordering one - will be used for years to come!

Christmas Eve Box
I purchased two Christmas Eve boxes and they were so beautifully made. A nice finish to the wood and the lettering on the front was great and won’t be easily removed too! Really happy with my purchase!

Could not recommend this company enough. Communication was excellent and the crate is beautiful and well made. I had left it a little late to order and everything was done by the company to ensure I had the crate for 1st December. I really cannot fault them.
