Absolute scammers , parts they supplied were cheap Chinese rubbish and didn’t fit , wouldnt refund me avoid like the plague!!!!!

I purchased a Maytag washing machine this year and the first time I used the washer it sprayed water . A technician from this company came out and said nothing was wrong . Waste of time ! Save your money and time don’t bother with this company

I had contacted my home warranty company online to request service for my refrigerator that was leaking; Iwas assigned to this company; the home warranty company's website provided me with a list of dates/times. The technician did not arrive within the time scheduled; the person who answered the phone stated that he would call to check the status; called me back and stated that the technician was delayed. He arrived and spent about10 minutes. When I checked the next morning, my refrigerator was not fixed. I called the home warranty company and asked to cancel my contract with them. They didn't want to do that and have assigned a new company. Mudassa from Home Appliance Care (HAC) replied to my post on Yelp that the tech came a day early (LIE) and now they have scheduled an appointment for me with the manufacturer (they didn't make this appointment, the home warranty company did). Home Appliance did NOTHING, but tell lies so far. They asked to be given a 5-star rating when the work was not performed. Other people have complained about the same thing. Look at the negative reviews! They post the positive ones up front. I DON'T trust them. I NEVER want to do business with these people at all. Report fraud to your state's fraud hotline; notify the FTC; notify your friends and neighbors.

I experienced damages to my flooring nearly a year ago after a refrigerator repair service. Despite many attempts to resolve the issue, progress has been lacking, and the repair costs far exceed what I initially requested ( It will cost me 6+ thousand dollars out of pocket). I remain hopeful for a prompt and fair resolution, but am disappointed with the current lack of progress. I'm really hoping that this will not end up in litigation. I kindly urge Home Appliance Care to address this matter promptly. I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

My experience with appliancesparesonline.co.uk was awful. They don't keep parts in stock. They take your money and then attempt to obtain the part from the manufacturer. If the part is no longer available, you'll have to chase them for a refund because they won't inform you about the stock issue. Dealing with their customer service is a nightmare; they rarely reply, and when they do, they're quite rude. Therefore, I strongly advise avoiding them altogether.

Parts arrived quickly.
However I wanted to send them back.
No refund. No response to emails.
Most disappointed.
I don't like to leave negative reviews, but if the cap fits.
