Needed a tumble dryer, amazing service
Needed a tumble dryer, stumbled across Appliance World Online. Straight forward booking of item, delivery and recycle plans. Booked it on the Friday, delivered by Monday, with a two hour window. Received night before notification of my two hour window, so able to prepare to take delivery of my appliance and clear the way for the driver who delivered my item.
Driver arrived promptly on the doorstop, delivered my appliance to the spot I needed, took away the old appliance. He was thorough, professional and polite.
Could not have asked for a better service from start to finish. Got a wash load on now, looking forward to using my new dryer for the first time. Thank you.

Brilliant as always, we always use appliance world to buy our appliances. Delivery guys were great and took great care when taking out my old American fridge freezer and installing my new one, they respected my property. Driver was very rude
Driver was very rude, ignoring all signs to wear a hi-vis on site and then argued when asked to wear one.
Then proceeded to drive off at speed and could clearly here other goods in the back banging around.

Integrated Fridge Installed
Ordered a replacement integrated fridge. Paid for installation and take away. Both add on services I would recommend to anyone who has not got much experience with integrated appliances.
Communication from the company from point of order to installation was second to none. I was kept up to date with timings via email and text message.
The man who came to refit the fridge did a great clean job and he was polite and courteous of the property.
Would happily use this firm again in future and would recommend to anyone requiring replacement of integrated white goods.
